I was impressed with Dr Austin's practice, from the office building, to the front desk staff, to the the dental assistants, to the dentist himself. The office was immaculate, the equipment was top-notch, the music was great (lol), and the care was gentle but thorough. They took their time, not like cattle through a chute, making sure to offer options but not pushing any unnecessary procedures or products.This is the first relaxing and enjoyable dental experience I can remember having! I can't wait to see them again in six months!

I had a great experience my last two times going here! Great staff, punctual about when appointments start, and Dr. Austin is a cool dude. I got recommended my a family friend and will be recommending to my friends too!

Great doc and dental staff, was a patient for many years. I will not be going back due to the rude front desk staff.. terrible customer service and makes you feel like you are always an inconvenience to her on calls and in person. Others I know who go there have complained about the same thing. Sad to change dentist, but worth having someone who is kind to talk to.

Dr. Austin and his staff are wonderful. Always kind and polite, office is always clean. Dr. Austin truly went above and beyond to fix a problem with my tooth that was very stubborn to fix, and his staff fit me into his schedule quickly when I had an emergency. Even when my issue took much longer than expected I never felt rushed or unwelcome because Dr. Austin and his staff continued to take the time necessary to correctly fix my tooth. I have proudly recommended him to my friends and family.

What a great dental office!! I moved to Dr. Austin when my wonderful dentist retired a couple of years ago. I didn’t think I would ever find anyone I liked as much as my last dentist, but I was pleasantly surprised. Not only are they professional and skillful, they use the latest technology, which saved me time and money when I had a crown done. The Doctor and his assistants are the BEST. I highly recommend.
