I have been a patient for years. It takes a little bit to get used to their scheduling but the doctors and their teams are exceptional! Dr Gomella is one of the smartest and kindest doctors I have ever met. Also exceptional are Dr Hubosky and Dr Lalos. They have a top rate medical team and Oksana and Erika are rockstars! Would highly recommend them just be patient with scheduling.

Made a new patient tele visit online weeks in advance for my father in law. System accepted the appointment. Day of, signed in online, provider is late. Half hour of waiting , office called stated I needed to make an in person appointment. Wasted unnecessary drive time and waiting time. Patient should have been notified before the appointment and system should not allow new patient appointments to go through as tele visit.

Dr. Mark is fantastic, what is not great is the Jefferson Hospital System in general, especially their scheduling system. I scheduled an appointment months out, was not notified it was canceled, and only found out it was canceled two hours before my appointment when trying to check in online. Yes, I had to call the office myself, two hours before my supposed surgery appointment which I had prepped for, to find out the appointment was canceled. I was not contacted in any other way about this cancellation. Without trying to check in online I would not have found out until I walked into the office. Then I proceeded to go through the song and dance of trying to reschedule this surgical appointment I had already taken days off of work for and was given "priority". Priority apparently means not being able to schedule for another month or two out, even with a different doctor. Avoid Jefferson at all costs, unless you want to be jerked around by the healthcare system again and again.

I am very grateful for this office. By the time I arrived here, I had already been having urological problems for almost 10 years. I was 22 and suffering with no diagnosis and repeated problems. My doctor, Dr. Hubosky, worked hard to figure out what was going on when all before him had failed. He gave me a diagnosis, and though it is an unfortunate one, I have found some peace within it. He is not only an amazing doctor, but an amazing human being. He doesn’t make me feel like a number and he remembers things about me. He showed me that again when I had yet another surgery with him on 4/7/2023. His bedside manner makes all the difference and I have a lot of respect and gratitude for him. As far as the office is concerned, I’ve never had any issues. The nurse Oksana has known me for many years now and is so kind and helpful. Many think I’d dread going to this office because of my health condition, but I don’t, because I know that they will help me. Dr. Hubosky never rushes me and always answers questions and makes me feel confident. I’m a grown man, but I’ve sobbed in front of him regarding my health problems, and never felt judged or uncomfortable. I tell everyone to go to him if they have similar problems. He’s so good that even doctors in other states I’ve lived in have told me that I cannot find a better doctor than him. I believe it.

I had my vasectomy at Jeff over a year ago and I have tried at least a dozen times to have their office send a script to LabCorp so that I could have my motility checked. The first time I called about the issue I was informed that my sample was received and that there was zero motility. I never turned in a sample and after informing the nurse that I never turned a sample in no one has emailed me back, returned a phone call or sent a letter to my house informing me that LabCorp is expecting my samples. I’m not in the LabCorp system either, so I know someone at Jeff just isn’t doing their job. Not to mention that I waited for an hour in the waiting room before I was called back and that Dr. Izes was visibly annoyed that they had him scheduled for a vasectomy that day. I’ll keep calling but maybe they’ll react to this faster. I should have went to Penn like my wife insisted.
