Dr. Hazen is unbelievable. I broke an incisor crown on the first day of vacation from out of state. I found him on Google from strong reviews. The next morning he sees me first thing, though the office is humming. He buzzes off the debris from the old crown and crafts the permanent replacement using the latest in-office one-visit technology. It's an absolutely perfect color match (hard to do with a single front tooth), fitted perfectly. It looks & feels great. I was on my way in a couple hours, vacation saved! His team are rock stars too. They really know what they're doing. Their collaboration on the color match was key. I'm jealous of Hazen & Co.'s regular patients. Dr. Hazen is just what you want in a dentist--very skilled, very knowledgeable, high energy, and a perfectionist. Great chair-side manner, explains what he's doing and makes sure you're ok. I have a very good dentist at home, and I'm sure he will appreciate the quality of Dr. Hazen's work. His toothbrush joke? Not so sure. (Not a lot of people know that the toothbrush was invented in Arkansas. Anywhere else we would call it a teethbrush.)

Dr. Jay Hazen is an excellent dentist. He is highly skilled and has invested in cutting-edge technology that greatly improves the patient experience for dental procedures such as fillings and crowns. I was delighted to learn this week that my whitening trays would be created with a scan -- not with trays of goop in my mouth for 2-3 minutes! Terrific support staff that is very responsive to patient needs. Highly recommend.

Just finished Invisiline with Dr. Hazen and couldn’t be happier. I got married in the middle of my treatment so he took off the buttons and gave me whitening solution. I wasn’t done with the treatment but was already getting compliments. As for his team I can’t say enough amazing things. They know all the patients names and can remember conversation details even if you haven’t been in months. Dr. Hazen and his team got myself, wife and mother in law ready for our wedding and I couldn’t be more grateful.

Absolutely cannot say enough good about Dr. Hazen and his team. A true craftsman, technician, and all around fantastic individual performing excellent dental care. He came recommended from a friend and it has turned into one of the best recommendations we've ever gotten. His staff are all spectacular and he is top of the top. Switch to him as fast as you can - he deserves your business and your teeth deserve his care.

I rarely write reviews but had to take the time to give Dr. Jay Hazen, DDS a five star rating! My initial visit was ~ 4 years ago as I was looking for someone who did Invisalign cosmetic dentistry for my crowded front teeth. He worked with me and really listened to what I wanted to achieve AND afford. He's such a great listener, very professional, soft spoken and really cares about you! Dr. Hazen and all of his staff have this positive vibe and you leave his office in an upbeat mood:) (Isn't that crazy from a dental office?!:) I've been back multiple times since and every visit I've experienced the same kindness, respect and compassion. If you are seeking dental care in Madison I highly recommend Dr. Hazen, You won't be disappointed!!!
