I must say that Dr. Khan and his skilled staff are by far the best dental practice I’ve ever been to! They are very caring and compassionate as well as quick and efficient when rendering services. They were able to fix big issues I’ve had and put my mind at ease throughout the whole process. Def recommend!

I visited Dr. Kahn for what should have been a simple procedure for crowns for an implant that turned into months of difficulty and heartache. I had read all the wonderful reviews here on Google and thought I was in good hands. But turns out it was one of the worst decisions I made. Firstly, Dr. Kahn kept pushing for me to transfer over to his practice from my other dentist and it made me feel uncomfortable; I was only coming to him because my doctor did not accept my secondary insurance and I wanted to use both insurances as these procedures can be expensive. But it was almost as if I didn't, the care I received would not be the same. And if the office is so busy that it takes months to be seen for an appointment (as I found out over my time here), why are you pushing me every time to solely be your patient?But the doctor doesn't honestly discuss insurance policies and how they will be billed. Again, I had secondary insurance I wanted to help cover my procedure as I knew the primary insurance wouldn't cover it fully, and money is no object in this day and age. He assured me he would do so and that he understood me completely as if they dealt with this every day and knew how to properly bill visits. In actuality, after all was said and done he put everything only through the primary insurance. Even after months of follow-up on this, they refused to put it through secondary insurance. I would have avoided all these issues coming to Dr. Kahn if I knew he wouldn't put anything through my secondary insurance and just remained with my original dentist who also did not take my secondary.There was also the issue of the crowns and the procedure itself. The doctor is not as experienced with these procedures and the crowns "made for me" were completely ill-fitted. One tooth needed about 40 minutes of "adjusting" to fit, and it still was imperfect. I had to demand to come back the next day and have it removed from the sheer pain and headaches it was giving me from being a poor fit. This also resulted in more waiting to get the right fit as I had to come in multiple times and then wait again for them to be created. I was constantly hearing "It'll only be a week" promises from the doctor. When getting these done, it never seemed to work out.I unfortunately had to cancel everything with this doctor and returned to my doctor to do my procedure. No surprise, my doctor got me in quickly, explained everything honestly and clearly, got me fitted for crowns easily, and they were done perfectly with the first procedure. I had no pain or other issues. All within a month and a half. How cruel.Overall, I cannot recommend this office or this doctor to my fellow Google review readers. You will waste your time, energy, and money, and be in pain if you come here. I recommend looking elsewhere for a capable practice to take care of you and your teeth as you will not find it here.

I found out about IKON dental clinic online while searching for “the best dentist near me” and I found it! The place is so clean and welcoming. Dr. Khan is great and has been taking a good care of my whole family’s oral health. He is patient and explains everything so clearly. All of his staff is amazingly loving and caring!! I love going there and so does my family. Happy to have found him!! Special thanks to Christine too who has been amazing in helping with canceling and rescheduling appointments that fitted our needs!! ❤️

I went to Dr. Kahn’s office for the first time to get a tooth extracted. From the first phone call to the actual visit the very next day everyone was very helpful. I was extremely nervous when I arrived. I felt no pain at all. The staff there was very friendly and understanding. The doctor did not try to talk me into anything, listened, and explained everything in detail. I would highly recommend this dental office!

The best dental office in all of CT. I have tried several dentists and Dr.Khan is by far the most knowledgeable, professional and kind dentists. He takes the time to get to know you, explain everything in detail and somehow makes the experience of getting fillings not unpleasant at all. Absolutely no pain from several needles and fillings! The office its self is clean and beautiful, the entire office staff is polite and professional and the overall experience is enjoyable. My husband now goes there and loves it as well. I would highly recommended you visit Dr.Khan.
