Very poor customer service. The staff is pathetic with poor knowledge. There was no price tag on the cusion pillow I bring to the cash counter to buy. They did the price matching with the similar pillow and said it’s $20. I decided to buy another one like that when I was going to get the other one the white lady standing their said to the girl that she thinks the pillow is of more price that’s why now she’s is getting another one and then she brought a totally different pillow of higher price and said the pillow I am trying to buy is of more money. I asked the store manager that how a different pillow is price matched with the one I am buying but she stick to her point that the brand name is same. The store manager has poor knowledge and all the staff has poor understanding of pice math. I will never go there again.

This store has really cool things for the house. They have good things it's a little on the high price for me. I have bought rugs here. I bought toys for the kids too.It's always busy especially around the holidays but the check out usually has fast cashiers that work hard to get you out. For last minute shopping check out HomeGoods. If you walk around the store your bound to find something you like and want. You won't find workers around asking you for help. Which is nice. I do enjoy checking this store out from time to time. And I usually end up finding something cool to purchase.They have everything you may need for your household. Everything!!!

It is a reasonably priced store where you can find most of what you are looking for, and they also replace any product you do not like or that is faulty. It is a customer-friendly place.

The (in store) experience was great , however, after I purchased two white chairs and a white cabinet they were handled very carelessly and arrived to me in a poor condition (pictured) compared to how they were when I purchased them from the store (in the first picture with the sign).The delivery guy took pictures to show me that it was picked up from the store all dirty and smudged, now I have to pay for cleaning my brand new furniture.This could've been prevented if the store wrapped the items or handled them with more care.
