Holland Cross Dental Centre

I am writing this review for my mom. My mom had a traumatizing experience with a previous dentist years ago and vowed to never see a dentist again. This past year she has had some tooth pain and finally let me make her an appointment with my dentist Dr. Hill and she has not stopped talking about how amazing he is since. She is so happy with his work and kindness. I am so thankful to Dr. Hill and Shannon for all they did for my mom.

I have been with Holland Cross Dental with Dr John Hill for over 30 years now. It's always a pleasant experience dealing with the dental assistants, and the reception. They have patients to deal with certain anxiety issues we may have, they take the time to know us and treat us as people not just clients. They laugh with us and speak with us too. They always tell me what they are doing, and for what reason and always ask how i am during the procedure. I hope they are around for a long time to come. They are the best.

I've been a client here for over 25 years with the same amazing dentist. I absolutely love my hygiene assistant, and even when she is away, I've only had wonderful experiences with her replacements. The care and service are always exceptional. Will be a client for life.

I definitely am grateful to have found an amazing dental team at Holland Cross! The front desk staff are supportive and quick to respond, the dental hygienist I have is an absolute superstar who respects issues (such as intense sensitivity) and really cares about the patients needs, and the dentist takes care when making the rounds for teeth checks. Any concerns I have had, are always addressed quickly and builds that confidence. I would highly recommend this dental team!

I had a serious fear of the dentist before I became a patient at Holland Cross Dental. Everyone there is so warm, friendly, patient and understanding, I actually enjoy going for cleanings and checkups now! Just had a cleaning this morning with Ladie and she was wonderful! She was super communicative about everything she was doing, and she checked in with me regularly to make sure I was OK. I'm looking forward to seeing her again :)
