I break the side of one of my molars on Thursday night. I call Friday morning and got an appointment the same morning. The Dentist I meet was professional and also his aid. The place is really clean. On the negative side, since we are not insured as Canadian, they don’t offer any relief like our Dentist in Idaho. Because of that , I have to choose the lower cost option, a filling. There is another small detail, they offer no sample like any other dental clinic. The other point is the fact they take pictures of you. I never experienced that other that our socialized health care in Canada. Maybe it’s good idea. I don’t really know why they do that. Anyhow, as dental clinic I’m reassured that the information is covered by medical secret. I have to say that I called several clinic and that was the only one who take emergency the same day. Overall experience was amazing since I was seen at the time I was scheduled.and I could recommend that clinic to anyone who visit that region of Mississippi.

The email I received after I called and made an appointment said that my appointment was at 5. I arrived at 4:55. The receptionist took my information and said that I was really early for my appointment and would have to wait until my 5:30 appointment time. She said that other patients had been arriving early, too. I told her my appointment was at 5, and she said her screen said 5:30. I waited from 5 to 5:40. The dental hygienist was friendly and did her job well. Then I had to wait about 15 minutes for the dentist to come in for a brief consultation. He was very friendly. I would rate the dental services as a 5, but the scheduling should get a 3.

Absolutely the best dentist office I’ve ever gone to. This place seems like it’s for the rich, but insurance actually covers it! I was surprised when they said I was good to go after my appointment, I was expecting to pay a ton. They have water with fruit in it, coffee and tea on tap for patients and sofas instead of uncomfortable chairs in the waiting room. Here they truly have put a lot of effort into design and comfort for everyone. As for the team members, they are lovely, so nice and understanding. There was a slight mix up for my appointment but they were able to get everything corrected and were extremely accommodating. The doctor I saw actually talk to me about my teeth and my concerns instead of just saying I’m good and I can leave. The dental hygienist was amazing too, so kind and actually talked to me instead of just leaving the room silent. I did hear this place used to do hand massages, I hope they bring that back soon. This place is truly a spa level dentist. I almost can’t wait to go back for my 6 month check up. ?

Absolutely LOVE this place. When I walked in, I felt like I was walking into a fancy hotel lobby and not a dentist's office, which honestly was so relaxing. I have a SEVERE phobia of dentists in general due to horrible experiences as a child and as an adult, and this helped TREMENDOUSLY. The staff is super nice and went out of their way to help me feel as relaxed as possible during a traumatic time. I will literally never go anywhere else, they are absolutely phenomenal.

I had to have a lot of dental work done. Dr Jones and Jenna worked so well and quickly together. You can tell that they have teamwork and skills needed to tackle any mouth. Their professionalism is just as amazing as their dental skills. I am so glad I chose Hillcrest Dental and that they have a supreme dental staff. Jenna, thank you for making this sometimes scary task of going to the dentist a lot more bearable.

I’m very nervous when going to the dentist but they were all from the front desk to Doc Jones very understanding and made me feel at ease. They have all the latest technologies saving time and pain. I recommend them to all friends and family! Thank you for my beautiful healthy teeth Hillcrest.

This place was amazing, I called about an appointment on a Saturday morning around 830 by 930 they had already gotten me in and did my tooth removal surgery. Dr was great I didn't feel any pain whatsoever

Jessica was helpful to verify that your practice accepted my dental insurance. She called me within 24 hours regarding an appointment cancellation. So I was able to make this appointment opening. Katlin was thorough with explaining processes for the cleaning and cause me to relax while rendering service. The dentist and the dental staff were all very pleasant. I definitely will refer others to you for their dental services.

I went in as a last minute appointment. The receptionist I spoke with was so sweet and reassured me it was okay to be okay. Once I got to the office my tech Jen and Dr. Scarlett was so patient and explained everything to me. I had some really made trauma to happen in the last 10years from another dentist and these ladies definitely did not rush to explain everything with me.
