High Point Dentistry

I was recommended to go this office by a family member. Really glad I went with the recommendation. Every encounter I've had starting from the phone call, to the front desk, to the actual dental staff was very nice and welcoming. Dr. Garcia and his assistant were very kind and thorough at my first visit. I didn't know I had dental anxiety until today and that manifested into high feelings of stress and crying. They were so compassionate and patient with me. They took their time with me, let me take small breaks, and never rushed me. It was surprising for me to go through that but they handled it very professionally and made me feel okay to proceed. I left the office fully understanding my plan of care and any questions I had got answered. I'm really happy I trusted this office to take care of my dental needs.

Everyone at High Point Dentistry is so nice. The dentist and hygienist are always so gentle and constantly ask if I’m ok. They are always willing to answer questions and explain what is going on. I have not had any issues for the last couple of visits, however when I do they respond quickly and explain the steps we need to fix my issue. My last issue was a cap that came loose. They were able to reapply it. I love the work they have done to fix my aging teeth!

I have had 3 appointments with 3 different doctors. Everyone has been kind and accommodating. The schedulers (shout out to Erika) are patient and caring. The medical professionals are knowledgeable and confident which makes me feel calm. They work with you on payment plans.

The entire team is so warm, compassionate and knowledgeable. I really felt they cared and took genuine pride in their work. The dentist was very thorough, gentle and explained what the next steps were going to be. Overall I felt very comfortable and pleased with my visit.

My fiance had a wisdom tooth issue, causing him severe discomfort and they were not only able to get him in right away, they were able to extract the tooth with minimal pain. The staff and doctors are completely amazing! An absolutely phenomenal experience!!! Thank you so much!!!
