Dr. Cox is the best. She communicates with her clients and was very good with my daughter. I'm so thankful for her and her staff. I wish she'd bring her staff to surgery centers they're more helpful than hospital staff.

Being a new patient with Dr. Cox I felt very at ease. The staff is very friendly helpful in anyway they could be. I tried going to the national chains and I felt it was too commercial so I am happy that I have found Dr. heather Cox and her staff. Thank you for making me feel at home!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Dr. Cox was very careful to explain herself and her examination process. She was professional yet cordial.

If I could give a zero star I would. I have waited over a year for our daughter to get the correct procedure done with Dr. Cox. We showed up for our first appointment and was told that they called us to cancel earlier that day. I went through all phone calls and messages and never received a call. Scheduled 3 months later and waited almost an hour for our appointment. Our daughter's procedure was cancelled 3 days before the procedure due to insurance not approving after waiting 3 months for procedure. I was told that insurance takes that long or longer to approve. I called insurance and no prior authorization had been submitted by Dr. Cox. I was told that they would request records from our former dentist and that was never done. The office staff is unreliable and doesn't have the knowledge needed to do basic office tasks like file insurance, call patients and follow through when messages are left. I would NOT recommend Dr. Cox especially a person with special needs.

Dr. Cox was attentive and efficient and made sure I was comfortable during my procedure. Highly recommend Dr. Cox.
