Bought a 'Rampower' lab handpiece and motor from this company. Unfortunately, right out of the box it didn't work. (Not their fault, they are the supplier not the manufacturer). Called them up, they organized return labels and got a new one out to me in less than a week. Thought it was good service and indicative of their culture. I will do business with them again.

I bought one handpiece surgairtome 2 refurbished. I payed 1500 USD. The handpiece arrived with a lot scratches, not like the website showed, after 6 months started not work well. The office did not find a good solution to me. They just said it is not on warranty anymore. Don't buy anything refurbished from this office. I don't recommend !
