Grin Doctors Kids Dental + Ortho

We were looking for a new dentist because my mother, who has been my dentist my whole life and the same for my kids, retired. We live in Old Hickory and therefore the location of Grin Doctors caught my eye (not to mention their clever advertising), so we thought we would give them a try. Even though the expectations were high, we were delighted with the warm service and level of care. My son had a wonderful checkup and I made a second appt for my daughter. The building is clean and very tastefully decorated and comfortable (and not cheesy like a lot of pediatric offices are). I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely best staff hands down. My child had his first appointment here last week. All the staff and the doctor worked SO WELL with my child. He was scared and they were SO very patient with him and made him comfortable before they took a look at his teeth!! They did not rush him and helped him regulate his emotions!! As a mom it made me feel so good for my child to have this experience. Will continue taking my baby here!!

I think I would actually *like* going to the dentist as an adult if I had this place when I was younger! The entire staff was wonderful with my family. My daughter was very scared/anxious, and they made us still feel welcomed and confident. Not to mention everything looked so cool inside! Lots of books in the stylish waiting room which warmed my librarian heart. Looking forward to coming back and strengthening my daughter's relationship with dental hygiene.

Just came home from a visit with my oldest son. From the time I made the appointment, to arrival, and the time we left it was a really nice experience. They made us feel welcomed and at ease. The front desk receptionist was amazing she went above and beyond calling the insurance company trying to figure out a problem for me for my youngest child. She personally came from around the desk and spoke WITH me as well as called a completely different dentist that did take my youngest child's insurance. It also began to rain and she asked if we wanted an umbrella which was so sweet. It was quiet, child friendly and inviting. The only issue that they cant help is way its set up with parking and off the main road which is busy and the parking lot isn't paved but that truly isn’t an issue. Thanks for making it so easygoing. Hope to see yall grow!

I am not one to make reviews, but this dental office is the best one that I have EVER visited. The staff are so welcoming and are genuinely so nice. I have never had a negative experience with my two children attending here. My children are actually excited to go to get there teeth cleaned and I will never stop praising Grin Doctors.
