Greenway Family Dental

I’ve been going to Greenway Family Dental for 4 years and have always had a great experience! Everyone from the from desk, to the dental hygienist, & the doctors are all so friendly. I see Sarah as my dental hygienist and she is always super friendly and knowledgeable. She always answers my questions with professionalism and respect. She also cares to get to know her clients & more about their personal lives as well! Absolutely would recommend to my friends and family :)

I'll start by mentioning that I had a severely negative experience with the dentist years ago. So much that I refused to go back for a LONG time. However, when I made my appointments here, everyone was very accommodating and friendly. I have Kaitlyn as my RDH and even though my oral hygiene was poor due to not visiting the Dentist in over two decades she didn't just write me off. Instead she came up with a plan to move forward and held my best interest in mind with considerations for my history, future insurance and payments and what was realistic for my oral hygiene. After my first cleaning where my blood pressure was a bit high, she did additional research into best positions to be resting in while taking my blood pressure. She also remembered and asked about my medication for my blood pressure as well. It would be one thing to just talk about the hospitality and professionalism that I experienced, but I wanted to emphasize on the most important factor in remaining with Greenway Family Dental, and that would be the talent. The condition of my teeth and gums before and after my deep cleaning was a night and day difference. I very much look forward to my time with the staff of Greenway Family Dental and would recommend anyone looking for a positive experience to try here.

Greenway Family Dental always meets my expectations and more. The staff is friendly, my dentist is knowledgeable and I am always satisfied with the results. My hygienist Nancy is the best. She is very gentle and patient… and I can see she really cares about my well being and oral health. She gets genuinely excited every time I come to an appointment and show improvements regarding my condition. Overall, her and Dr. Paz focus on preventive care and always make sure I get the treatments that I need before the issue progresses to something more serious. I am grateful for having them take care of my teeth.

Not worth going. They will not let told you about the co- pay in advance or any other billing related information. I went there for general 6 month cleaning and got the statement to pay $169 day after. That was not at all an emergency and can be done in future if they would have already mention to me or just gives an heads up. Really disappointed on this type of service provider. Won’t recommend to anyone. Pls explore other dental care option available in Middleton than considering Greenway Family Dental.

Was able to celebrate another cavity free visit today! I've been going here for about 5 years now, and while I consider myself to be a fairly anxious person about my dental well-being, I would say I have been happy with my care here. They been flexible to rescheduling visits as I need to and have been some of the easiest to reschedule with, having been able to do it just over text on the phone. I find the reminder emails and texts they send a few days ahead of scheduled visits to be very helpful for myself as I tend to struggle to remember appointment times. I feel that they listen to me when I raise concerns during my visits. They allow me extra topical numbing since I'm a bit resistant before any novacaine injections (which is very nice for someone who's anxious enough about injections and drilling as is), and no problems with me wearing headphones or earbuds to listen to music while they work. I find they do quick and decent work cleaning, addressing cavities, and answering questions I have about dental health and home care products/recommendations. It is also nice to see when I bring questions about products that they are not too familiar with that they're willing to do research on the product and to send a follow up email addressing my questions post visit. I've recommended this place to a few coworkers of mine who were looking to find a good place for their dental care, and from what I've heard from them, they've been happy with their care as well.

My hygienist did a great job. She kept me informed during the lengthy procedure, frequently checking on how I was feeling. She gave me clear instructions for home care. The room was bright and comfortable.
