I can’t recommend Greco Orthodontics enough! They have the friendliest staff and it was always a pleasant experience going in for appointments. I’m so happy with the results of my clear aligners. Dr. Alexandra and Dr. Peter Greco are both phenomenal and their genuine care for their patients is evident in all they do.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience at Greco Orthodontics. Dr. Alexandra Greco was highly recommended to me, and she truly lived up to her reputation. From our first meeting, she listened carefully to my concerns and put together a comprehensive Invisalign plan that was easy to understand. As an adult going through orthodontic treatment, I was initially stressed, but Dr. Alexandra’s kind and patient demeanor made me feel completely at ease. Throughout the year I was under her care, I had an issue with a new set of aligners and was able to see Dr. Peter Greco. He was just as lovely and attentive as Dr. Alexandra, showing that kindness and thoroughness truly run in the family. The entire staff at Greco Orthodontics was fantastic—always thoughtful, accommodating, and genuinely caring. Their warmth was evident when they sent me a “Get Well” card after an unexpected surgery, which truly touched my heart. From the moment you walk into the office until you leave, the team at Greco Orthodontics makes you feel welcomed and cared for. I’m beyond thrilled with the results of my treatment and can’t recommend them highly enough—10000/10! If you’re in need of orthodontic care, look no further than Greco Orthodontics.

I came to Dr. Alexandra Greco for help getting my teeth straightened out in time for my wedding and she did an amazing job! The results were better than I imagined and we actually finished a few weeks early (we had estimated 10 months and the last adjustment was about 9 months) - they really go the extra mile and even took the time to polish my teeth ensuring they would have even wear going forward.

We had the best experience at Greco Orthodontics! This daughter-father team is warm, skilled, and efficient. Our son’s jaw/bite were problematic; another office we went to said we should just wait and then as an adult he can have a surgery that would involve breaking his jaw. Our wonderful dentist said to try the Drs. Greco instead and I’m so glad we did! Alexandra Greco gave an honest assessment and we decided to go for it. The front desk staff is wonderful (Patty and Annabelle). This place is just great. Also, I’ve always managed to find street parking a few blocks away up 9th. These folks are so wonderful and after two years of regular appointments, I’ll miss our visits (even my son, the patient, felt this way). Thank you, Dr. Greco!!!!!

I went to Greco Orthodontics for over 1.5 years for braces. Dr. Alexandra Greco and her staff were incredible to work with -- their patience, professionalism, attentiveness, and kindness made the monthly visits feel easy, rather than cumbersome. They also set up a really welcoming, non-judgemental space for adults seeking treatment, which was important to me. I've lived in three different countries and this was easily the best experience I've had with dentists. If you're looking for an orthodontist, I wholeheartedly recommend this practice.
