The process was immediately stop to provide me with numming gel. That awareness and action made my experience a pleasant experience.

Excellent staff. Dental hygienist, Shea, did a thorough cleaning and was very pleasant. Dr. Nunez is wonderful. She took her time, monitored patient comfort, and was very careful to perform procedure with attention to every detail. Her assistant, Connie, was equally attentive and worked well with the dentist. A team you can trust!

I’ve gone to a few Great Expressions in the Atlanta area and this one has been the best overall experience by far! Great receptionist and communications, and great bedside manner; The doctor and staff treated me like they weren’t in a rush to just get to the next patient, which I always appreciate! I’ll be sticking with this location despite having moved closer to a couple others. Wait times are rarely an issue, and I’m usually in a room and being seen within 10-15mins or less of my arrival time.

I recently visited Great Expressions Sandy Springs for two dental crowns – one to replace a broken crown and another on my last molar on the left side. The tooth preparation took almost an hour and left me with bruising on the inner side of my mouth. While the bruising was uncomfortable, the bigger issue came after the procedure.The following day, my gums started bleeding around 1 PM, and the bleeding progressively worsened over the next few hours. I called the clinic multiple times, but no one answered. I even went to the clinic at 3:40 PM, only to find it closed, despite the website and Google stating the clinic is open until 4 PM. Without any assistance, I had to visit an urgent care facility where the bleeding finally stopped after applying gauze for 30 minutes.To make matters worse, no aftercare instructions, medication, or guidance were provided after the procedure. It feels like they are more focused on charging patients (my bill was $2,100) than actually providing proper care. For such an overpriced treatment, this level of service is completely unacceptable.I've had root canals and other dental work done at other clinics and have never had an experience this bad. I tried calling the clinic again on Tuesday,wednesday, but it went straight to voicemail with no response.I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of care and lack of communication. If you're looking for a dental clinic that prioritizes patient care, I suggest looking elsewhere.++A few weeks after undergoing a dental procedure to place crowns, my teeth started hurting again—sometimes the pain becomes unbearable. They essentially took $2,100 from me, did nothing to resolve the issue, and created problems that didn’t exist before. I’ll never go back to this clinic and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I’m seriously considering filing a case with the consumer court or a similar authority.
