I was very unhappy with the visit. The first time I came for tooth extraction and the doctors could not communicate with me to explain my problem, so they scheduled a visit for the next time. I came the other day and all they told me was that my doctor does not work that day in general. I was shocked and surprised. after that I asked the reason, why was given an appointment for that day? the employees said that it was misunderstanding and without an apology I left the dentistry, having wasted my time.when I came the first time for an appointment, I waited for an hour and without any information I was forced to go home. the day before and the day of the appointed appointment, I received a reminder of the appointment to confirm it. I don't understand why they couldn't call back and inform me about the problem that my doctor is not working that day, and immediately make an appointment for another day before my arrival. I also received a message that if I don't come to my appointment, I have to pay $50, and I'm thinking about the situation, what would happen if I didn't come and my doctor wasn't there that day. i think they would make me pay that 50$ which is not fair

loved this place for the few months i’ve attended here, until Dr Aber left. The new dentist on Fridays has a shaky hand while filing my cavity, completely drilled into my gum that the assistant had to tell her to stop that she was drilling my gum not even in the correct area! STAY AWAY from this place.

This is by far the best dentist office I’ve been to. My whole family comes here and we have no complaints. Everyone is so nice, welcoming, and caring. They really care for their patients and it shows at every visit and every call. Also very clean and professional. 😁

I'm satisfied with the dental work, the easy wisdom tooth extraction, quick accommodation, friendly staff, and customer service. However, I wasn't happy with the lack of explanation about the procedure. I felt rushed and wasn't informed that the bone graft wasn't covered by my insurance until after it was done, leaving me with a $600 bill I can't afford right now. I’ll admit to a lack of judgement, but my tooth pain was so bad I just wanted it out. The Dr was vague about the necessity of the procedure, and it wasn't communicated that it was elective (as multiple sources say). I had one wisdom extracted last year and I did not need a bone graft. I plan to get a second opinion on additional grafting Dr suggested. Overall, it's definitely quality dentistry in a friendly atmosphere, but they need to improve communication and transparency about costs and procedures when it comes to emergency dental work. It was a bit shady and I feel a bit taken advantage of.
