I took my teenage sister here to get her teeth cleaned. Dentist and hygienist was highly unprofessional. The dentist did not focus on her teeth, but instead focused on asking her lots of questions about her skin and her acne, which made her uncomfortable and felt invasive. He asked her if she was on any medications and made an assumption that she should start taking pills. He is not in a place or position to offer that kind of medical advice. Hygienist also rubbed water and wipes all over her face, popping some of her pimples in the process... this is a dental office! A patient should expect to come here to get their teeth cleaned, not to be ridiculed about their skin and their appearance.

I've been going here for about 12 years, and have always been impressed by the staff's courtesy and professionalism.

I had not been to a dentist for several years and had many issues to address. My first appointment I got X rays and a cleaning that was 8 years over due. The staff and tech/dentist were friendly and did an excellent job. I was given great care and followed up for a root canal. Dr. Pham is the ONLY dentist who has given me numbing shots that I hardly felt. It was amazing to go thru a root canal and not suffer piercing pain. The procedure was done excellently and I also got a few cavities addressed while the area was numbed (despite other reviews these were cavities that were pointed out during first appointment and were real). The dentists and techs were awesome and professional. They understood my apprehension and anxiety. Due to the great work they have done I fully intend on returning for the rest of my work. I was shown the x rays after the cleaning. They addressed the issues I have and were very responsive to the sensitivity/pain that I encountered. I only felt a bit of pain during the root canal and that was addressed immediately. Very great experience.

Been going here for many years. Tried a new dentist because they stopped taking my insurance. Luckily they started again, because they are simply the best.

At first I liked this office but subsequent visits changed my mind and now I would never recommend this office to anyone. They made me wait a month to be seen for a real dental emergency and when I finally did see the dentist, he was so unbelievably condescending and rude which was unnecessary to say the least. I cried almost the whole time during my visit and it was not because I was in physical pain. I even still thanked him because I was so appreciative just for being seen by someone. I shouldn't have, I almost died of infection after that visit, despite all the antibiotics he gave me! There was one night I really thought I was going to die. Since then, I've had work done elsewhere and couldn't be happier with the work. You might need work done but you will surely find a more compassionate and skilled dentist in a different office.

I mentioned several sensitivities before a filling was started. The dr was only worried about how fast he was working and did not seem to notice or care that the work being done was on an actual human being. He paid no mind to my individual needs and was so rough with my mouth. The gums and lips that were not numb were in incredible amounts of pain throughout the whole procedure. He was anything but gentle. I would rather have it take twice as long if they put any thought into my comfort.
