I have been to this dentist since I was two years old. Dr Fortner has been so incredible and trusting when it comes to my teeth. My kids love going there as well now! They have a kids toy box I used when I was little after each visit , and now my kids get to go there too when they come in for a cleaning. I highly recommend going here. It feels like family when visiting. it’s not just a “oh it’s a job” kind of place. Every single staff member is so kind sweet and above all patient. They go above and beyond to help you. I recommend this place to all my friends and family constantly.

Dr. Fortner and office team takes great pride in providing a family atmosphere. Yes, they provide exceptional dental services. However, they get to know you as an individual and treat you like family, even though they get to see you once or twice a year. We are moving away from the Richmond Virginia area and we will certainly miss the Fortner team being apart of our life.

Great job done by the entire staff! They all go the extra step to make you feel at ease for any procedure. Whether it’s a routine cleaning or a crown fitting (my recent procedure), everyone is so friendly and professional.

Always a pleasant experience with very friendly and professional personnel. Been a patient for over 30 years and never had a complaint or bad experience. Dr Fortner and the staff are the best.
