Ganger Family Dentistry

I had an excellent experience at Ganger Family Dentistry for my family's dental cleanings. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my children feel right at home. Both Dr. Ganger and Dr. Patel were patient and took the time to explain everything to us in a way that was easy to understand. My kids actually enjoyed their experience at the office. They also provided an excellent referral to oral surgeon for my surgical issue. The office was clean and modern, and the atmosphere was very calming. I highly recommend this dental office for anyone looking for a caring and professional practice for their whole family.

Is it me, or is finding a new dentist one of the least enjoyable things we have to do as adults? And finding a good fit can be a challenge! Dr Ganger and her staff were very welcoming and caring, as well as thorough during my cleaning and exam. I went to the Arlington Heights location and the office was modern, clean and comfortable, everyone was friendly. I will be going back, and definitely recommend Dr Ganger to others.

Ganger Family Dentistry is amazing! Dr. Ganger and her staff are very kind, thorough and even more importantly- Knowledgeable! They have up to date equipment which allows for the best care and treatment plans. I’ve gone to the same dentist for the last 20 years and so many things were missed due to the lack of training and proper equipment. Highly recommend!

Great experience with this dental office! For the most part they're ready for me at my scheduled appointment time and even if I had to wait, it would never be more than 5 or so minutes. All their friendly front office staff members would greet you with a smile on their face and are responsive to any of my questions and requests which I truly appreciate. The dentist and hygienists take the time to explain the procedures to me and and are patient in responding to any concerns I may have. It's also nice that it's in an area where parking isn't a big concern. I'm not sure if they have a dedicated parking lot for patients, but I've never had trouble finding street parking. What would make it perfect is if they would be able to offer online account viewing/bill payment so that I can easily view and download, but otherwise it hasn't been hard getting the billing info that I need emailed to me by asking the front office for it. They also have a text message system that works well to inform you of your appointments and provide you with limited time access to your billing info.

Fantastic team! The Ganger practice has a dedicated team that makes knowing each patient a priority. From the Dentists and hygienists to the staff, at each level they know their patients. They’ve worked with me on the best course of action for my particular needs and gone over details of procedures along with corresponding cost. The care that I have received here has been unmatched to any experience I’ve received in my adult life.

Dr. Ganger and Dr. Patel, and their entire staff are excellent!! I have been into the practice for both regular maintenance and an emergency situation and was treated with such kindness, clarity and professionalism from the second I walked in. All of the staff makes you feel super well taken care of. Highly recommended!

Excellent and very efficient service. Dr. Ganger is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She checked everything in detail, explained everything to me. All the equipments what they use are totally updated. Very impressed with Ganger Family Dentistry and very highly recommended to others.
