I had a horrible experience myself. It was years ago, but I had to deal with it for years afterwards too. I had a root canal done, should have been an easy one, front upper tooth. Yet after the canal was done my pain doubled. I went back in several times for months to examine why does it hurt more now, and Dr confirmed everything was done good no issues. For years I was taking Advil, and only when I couldn’t take the pain anymore I went to take 3D pictures / x-ray done I found out that the filling for that root canal was overstuffed and came out on the other side, so basically I had extra filling outside of the root canal inside of my gum. The only way, and I went to several doctors they said with years pain might go away when it seals and it might get inflamed sometimes. Otherwise, if I wanted to get that removed I needed to do the external surgery, they would not be able to remove that from the tooth just from the gum. Those pictures were sent back to the Dr Zhana and nothing was done about it. Years of pain medication, and nothing So yes, I cannot recommend this clinic at all.

The Dentist doctor and her nurse talking to each other in they language and looking at me laughing was very disrespectful. If they working in USA specially front of the client they should speak English. The doctor should explain to us what going to do and why they send me orthodontics but they never care where there send you or nothing important of the result which mean very much clue. Dentist doctor need to explain all the process and plan to the patients parents. No idea what’s going to do my kids teeth. Very disappointed how they treat clients. Very rude doctor and nurse. There are not acting professionals. This dentist office reception when I called wants to reschedule my appointment of my kids 6 months Check up then she said will call you few days if gets opening but she never called until 2-3 months then I called make appointment telling me all the way till September which is almost year for them not get cleaned my kids teeth even she said doesn’t matter your kids come one or 2-3 time insurance still pay for us. They not see them making money which is not fair. This dentist place very bad not recommended. Even Do fix cavity not give pain relief shot to my daughter there try to save money so many ways.

I went for a routine cleaning and they made a hole in my tooth during it. They filled it and within three weeks it fell out, so they put it in again and this time it fell out in three days. I called to set up an emergency appointment and I got told that they were going to call back— they called back in two DAYS. During that time I went to another doctor that took emergency walk in’s. Very bad front desk service as well and I wouldn’t recommend this doctor or business to anyone.

For the past 10 years, I have been seeing Dt. Zhana and her amazing co-workers. I have now brought my entire family here. I love Vanessa from the front desk, she takes time to listen to what I have to say and she will get us in super quick. Our teeth are in best health thanks to Doctor Zhana and her best hygienists. My kids adore Larisa . Larisa was doing amazing, super patient human , I have never meet someone like her. My kids adore going to the Dentist because of the entire staff here, at Galaxy Dental.

Hello. I want to share our sad experience at the galaxy dental clinic, namely about Zhana Krasyuk. We took our daughter to this clinic for treatment for six months. Her treatment and negligent attitude towards work led to the fact that the teeth that were treated had an infection, which can only be removed by removing all 4 teeth! I know now many visitors turn to this clinic, I highly do not recommend this doctor and this clinic! Avoid them and save your health and nerves.
