When I made my husband's appointment I told the staff member that one of his wisdom teeth needed to be pulled.I was not informed at the time that Dr.Gafford doesnt normally remove wisdom teeth, we wouldn't have made the appt if we knew this in advance. The staff and Dr.Gafford were very friendly during our visit, after taking an xray Dr.Gafford informed us that we would need to see an oral surgeon to have the tooth removed. I called 2 different oral surgeons both quoted us a price that was way out of our budget. I called Dr.Gaffords office to see what our other options were, unfortunately the only thing they told us was to call other local dentists to see if they could remove the tooth. While the office staff was very friendly I feel more should have been done to help with the situation.

They are the best I've been going there for years, he never does anything you don't need, he's not just out for the money. He's all about the patient

Dr. Gafford is kind, gentle as possible when your in the chair. He’s honest and tells you only what you need done.

Dr. Gafford and his staff are amazing. Very thorough. I love them!

I made an appointment with them and I was running a little late because I was lost but I made sure I called when the doctor answered the phone and I told her what's was going on she had a smart mouth and was not understandable at all so now I will not recommending coming to a office that is not friendly or understandable when you are lost.
