Getting braces as an adult was not something I thought I would ever do. However, my dentist strongly encouraged me to do it, due to significant issues with my bite. Dr. Frigo and his entire staff made the process very easy for me. Dr. Frigo's timeline estimates were accurate, I suspect partially because his office and I kept all of our appointments. I never had to wait long at my appointments and both of the offices are really comfortable. In hindsight, I wish I had gone to see Dr. Frigo years ago. My bite is fixed, teeth are straight, and overall the process was super easy.

Love this place!! Brandi and Hannah at the front desk were so accommodating, even with all the questions I had. Genuinely feels like you’re part of the fun community that the employees have every time you come in. Katie worked on me today, and she was very gentle and took very good care of me. Also, the conversation was great!! Doctor Frigo was as nice as always, and I love how my smile is turning out. 11/10!!!!

Dr. Frigo and his staff are absolutely hands down the BEST! Both of my daughters use them and they go beyond expectation! My daughter was so excited to have her braces off this past Wednesday before Home Coming and her senior portraits! The storm hit and Brandi and Sarah worked their magic and were able to fit her in to make sure my girl still would have them off in time for her activities. Thank ya'll SO MUCH for everything! Lets not forget how awesome Dr. Frigo is as well! He has some of the BEST bed side manors I have ever encountered! Thank you again!

Everyone at Dr. Frigo’s office is top-notch! Jennifer is the best clinic specialist! She is so gentle, efficient, kind, and professional. I asked for her every time! April and Brandy are so friendly and personable at the desk and taking pics! They get the job done with the sweetest smiles! :) Dr. Frigo takes the time with patients to make them feel calm and secure with the process. I am extremely pleased with my new smile!! I absolutely love Frigo Orthodontics!!! The staff are always warm and welcoming!! Brandi, Sara and Alyssa assisted my children and I on our visit today and from start to finish a time was had!!! Not only does Dr. Frigo listen with intent to make sure you leave with a solid understanding of the process but his staff does as well. The environment is always nicely maintained and the kids always enjoy the snacks. Top tier service and would highly recommend!!

I had a wonderful experience when visiting the Biloxi location. My top permanent retainer was coming off and researched quickly to have it fixed. They got me in within a week and replaced my wire bar even though I wasn’t an existing patient. It was very affordable and they also did a military discount. I don’t normally do reviews but I couldn’t not give them some praise! Beautiful space and everyone was very nice!
