Top notch and very nice people. From the front desk receptionist to those helping with x-rays, consulting for an implant, and cleaning everyone was very professional and extremely nice. I was impressed with their technology (for example monitors at your dentist chair showing your x-rays and photos of your teeth). This place is special and they really show that everyone cares about giving great service. I wanted to update my original review to add another positive experience with this dentist's office. I walked in on Thursday morning because I needed to get a few items for my upcoming oral surgeon's appointment and it was too complicated for me to try to explain over the phone. Eileen at your front desk is wonderful! She went out of her way to help me and did so immediately, professionally, and with a friendly personality. You are truly blessed to have such a great person working at your front desk. Also, it is refreshing that you empower your staff to help patients who come in and need to get things done. I was really impressed! Thank you Eileen and Family Dentistry for being so patient focused.

This is a great little dentist office; it is clean and very well managed. Appointments are easy to get without waiting for weeks, and they confirm appointments through both texts and calls. The staff is extraordinarily friendly and helpful. They took my Medicaid, but anything else I've had to pay for has been very reasonable. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for quality and affordable dental care.

My experience has been the absolute worst! Front desk people were great. Dr absolutely not! when I came in to get a crown I was in so much pain and the doctor and her helper was so rough with me. I was to the point of crying And they still were messing and forcing the crown into my mouth with blood everywhere not cleaning or disinfecting anything. Which now is lightly infected and I’m taking antibiotics for.. I’m furious. Also while shaving my tooth down she touched another which causes my bite to hurt so bad when I chew. I also had a filling done which was done incorrectly which also leaves me unable to bite w ease. All they did was shave my tooth down and tell me “it’s normal for it to hurt wait about a week or two I went back weeks later and was told the same thing.”wait it out.” ” ITS BEEN 5 MONTHS! Still pain! Both sides. Also the crown is very discolored and bulky. I was also told the filling they did wasn’t bonded long enough or done correctly. Which is ridiculous you guys are “qualified” and should know better. I’ll never come back here ever!!! Again!!!

Staff was friendly and so was the dentist. My temporary crown had fallen out and they were able to take me in right away as an emergency without an appointment which I appreciated very much. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Both this location and Westbury are great! 5*

I am very unhappy. I have gone here twice and a few months ago a female worker invaded her HIPAA laws and looked into my boyfriend's account for his direct contact information and texted him off of two different numbers to tell him he was cute and that she was the one that helped him in the back. We are both very uncomfortable with this place and will never be coming here again. Someone needs to get fired.
