Once again, my son had a wonderful visit! Cheryl is so awesome with my boys! She was great with my oldest when we started there. She continues to be great with my youngest as well. The whole staff is always friendly and kind. They always take the time to explain things to the little kids, which means a lot as a parent. My kids our always comfortable getting their teeth cleaned. I never have to wait. In and out. We love that with our busy schedule! I recommend this place to everyone!

Ive been going here for years. Ive got everything from fillings to root canals and crowns. Ive paid ahead of time for dental plans that are confusing and led for you to believe its the best plan for you and in the end all your money is gone and the work they perform is terrible. Ive had fillings fall out many times. Ive had my teeth drilled on and got so hot that it burned my nerve and later had to come back to have the tooth removed. Crowns always come off after a couple months. Bad toot canal had to return because they didnt get all the material out of the canal and your left with pain and misery. Returned to get the tooth redone. This place is ran by a woman who is out to get yoir money and keep you coming back . I spent over $23k dollars here over the years. Reason i kept coming back was chillicothe didnt have any better reviewed dental offices. Damned either way. My family went here too and they didnt have much issues from their cleaning and things but anyone can do cleanings. Just do your research and choose for yourself. I now have had all lower molars removed and right side of my top molars all gone. Thanks to the shotty work and plans from this dental office.

I took my children in to this office at their scheduled appointment date and time only to be told that they missed their appointments on the day before. I presented the appointment card with the date and time I was given by one of their own receptionists as proof that we were there on the correct date. No apology was offered due to the receptionist writing the wrong date on the appointment card. The next available appointment offered was in 5 months! I took time off work for this appointment and due to their mistake my children cannot be seen for 5 months. We will not be rescheduling and do not recommend this office as they are apparently too busy to care about their own mistakes.

Very gentle and caring. Had a root canal. Dentist ended up having to pull tooth. He was very informative as to why it needed pulled. No coercing...just very caring. Very good practice and would highly recommend to anyone. 5 stars for the dentist and staff.
