Very nice staff very warm and welcoming. The doctors were very professional and knowledgeable beautiful energy flows through here. Thanks for making me and my children's experience comfortable.

From the scheduling process all the way up until my appt on 07/29/2024, the customer service a the Family Dental Center has been warm, polite and exceptional. At my appt I was greeted by the receptionists who were very nice. The dental technician was very careful and made me comfortable while taking my x rays. She was very nice! Dr. Patel was very nice and explained what I needed done clearly and answered all of my questions. I scheduled my next appt for the follow up procedure without any trouble. It was one of the best dental experiences I’ve had since moving to the state of Delaware 8 years ago.

Everyone was so nice and made me feel very comfortable even though I was totally embarrassed about the way my teeth looked. The front desk lady patiently explained to me cost and payment options she answered all my questions. I can’t wait to get started on my new smile.

I'm really glad that I chose this practice. The staff was very friendly and made me feel so at ease. They listened to my concerns and understood my needs and were very accommodating.

The people at the front desk are absolute trash. I am experiencing horrible pain and they advertise they open at 7am but can't answer the phone and they put you on hold without consent and the hold times for the wilmington office is out of control! Then the office called to let me know they won't service me because of my review lol they were faster checking out the review then answering my call. It was horrible service from the front desk. And they are mad over a review when I have legitimate pain.
