The doctor was good, clear and direct and very kind. The communication around the entire procedure and the bill has been like something out of the Twilight Zone. Unclear, inadequate and incomplete are the best ways to describe the communication. They are all very nice, but still unclear. The Joliet office is also pretty outdated if that's of relevance for you. The Homewood office is much more updated.

Dr. Thakkar is an excellent Periodontist. He took care of all my needs with conversation and expertise. He's very thorough and I would highly recommend him!

I saw both Dr. Griglione & Dr. Thakkar in the Joliet office. They are both wonderful doctors. The both are very kind and caring. I had pain-free treatment with them.

I’ve been seen by two different endodontist’s over the years and by far, Endodontic & Periodontic of Joliet is excellent. Over 10 years ago, I had a root canal done by them and most recently I had a tooth pulled and an implant done. Both times, they took the time to explain to me what they were going to do and I didn’t feel like they were rushing to get me in and out like the other endodontist. They treat you like a person not just a cash cow.

My experience with Dr Thacker for my implants was excellent. He was very personable and professional.
