Dentist visits are the worst. Let’s not even try to lie. But this office and providers are seriously the best. This is the only place I go. Even if they don’t take my insurance, I still go and pay out of pocket. That’s how good they are. My husband had an emergency tooth extraction today and he absolutely hates the dentist to the point where he was losing sleep but still didn’t want to go. I made him an appointment at the Halsey location and his anxiety level was so bad he couldn’t stop shaking. The dentist and hygienist were so kind they let me come back and hold my husbands hand and help ease his anxiety. The dentist was an absolute angel. As was the hygienist. I can’t say enough good wonderful things about this location and their staff. Thank you all for what you do ?

I was in extreme pain, couldn't find a place to take me with no insurance or being scheduled a week or more out. I came across emergency dental care, seen that walk ins where welcomed and financing was available. Showed up, the staff was friendly and helpful. They got me right in for xrays, said i needed 2 extractions. We got the ball rolling with a very affordable and easy financing process also to be seen and xrays was a blessing, because i have no insurance. Great pricing!! So greatful! Linda did an amazing job at getting my 2 teeth extracted. (Both bottom wisdom) I was so nervous, anxious and a mess! She and her team where great from beginning to the end. Thank you so much! Definitely recommend emergency dental care for any of your dental needs.

The best I can say is, I am very hopeful for the future. Before any work was started, Heather explained the procedure and cost to me. I was able to come home and rectify the situation before any out of pocket expense. As of 2:30 pm I am still waiting on a call from my insurance company to fix the problem. I will follow up after the procedure is finished, but very happy this far.

I had a fairly traumatizing experience removing my wisdom tooth. It was great because I was able to book same day, but I felt a lot of pain during the extraction. I was just numbed, which makes sense, however I felt so much during the entire 30-45 minute surgery. I realized later that I was not prescribed any pain medicine to supplement the antibiotics. Overall, it was very convenient timing with a painful experience. The staff was very friendly and was willing to talk though all of my questions. I just realized too late about the pain medicine.

I went in panicking about needing a dentist so out of nowhere without insurance and I cannot stress enough how amazing everyone working here was to me. They made me feel like I wasn’t a bother even though they had to stay late to perform a root canal on me. They even helped out with my financial concerns. Everything was so quick and painless (I was severely numb), the staff all seemed to get along so well and spoke highly of each other/to each other !!! It was actually so sweet I’m so glad I took a chance on this crew !!

Woke up with half my tooth missing, knew I needed an extraction urgently. I called them at 3.00, I was able to walk in at 5.00, 30 minutes later I was out. X-Rays, Extraction and Bone Grafting all done in less than an hour for $1200 without insurance, despite it being a complicated tooth (dislodged and had a weird shape). Front desk is really kind and cordial, dentist was helpful and made the process easier. Maybe sure I could pay more and wait longer to get higher quality care elsewhere, but for a weekend emergency to get solved that quickly ahead of the holidays at a reasonable price I couldn't ask for better, more kind and helpful service. They were also quick to answer questions I had over text messages afterwards. All in all they turned a terrifying situation into a pleasant surprise. Made getting a tooth pulled almost pleasant!

The receptionist Shannon is an absolute gem. Doctor Ridder is absolutely amazing as well. Today I went in for an emergency extraction and Dr Ridder was actually on vacation and only working a half day. I felt so blessed to have her that day. I have gotten teeth cleaning, wisdom tooth extractions and other extractions at this location. They are honestly the only dental clinic I will visit. I have paid out of pocket with no insurance to continue going here. They are that amazing! Thanks for all you do to the staff! ❤️

Had a dental issue at 1am Sunday morning and were able to get in by 11am same day to get the issue fixed. Dr. Linda Ridder was amazing and fixed everything promptly. She has decades of experience and walked me through the procedure every step of the way. Highly recommend this office for your dental needs!
