The hygienists here are great, staff was very friendly. However, I came here a while back due to a tmj flare up in which I was not able to fully open my mouth. Instead of offering any actual help or advice, the owner of the practice tried to sell me hundreds of dollars of dental equipment. He then billed the visit as my cleaning for that quarter, even though I didn't get a cleaning. The next dentist I went to just told me to get a sleep guard, which fixed the problem almost immediately. I completely understand that you're running a business and trying to make money. But I'd rather go somewhere where they're actually going to help me and not just have a glorified salesman with a dental education try to upsell me like we're on a car lot.

After popping off one side of my permanent retainer and calling five other dentists to get me in for an emergency, out-of-town visit, I walked into this office and was seen almost immediately. The atmosphere was professional and fast, and it was clear they cared about my situation. Would recommend the office, would not recommend breaking your retainer! :)

Me and my kids have been going here for a while now, but they just lost me as a customer. My son was supposed to have two teeth extracted for orthodontics so about 5 weeks ago I booked the appt. My ortho asked that this be complete before his orthodontics appt next week for braces. Well today 2 hours before his extraction they call and said they don’t do extractions for orthodontists and they’ll need to refer him to someone else. At any point over the last 5 weeks did they not think I should know this?! 2 hours prior they finally tell me. Now his orthodontics needs to be rescheduled and delayed. As well as me taking off work for the day to get my kids out of school. Just zero respect of a persons time. Why was the appt even booked if it’s not something you even do? Will not be returning. Waste of my vacation time used for being off to accommodate this appt and the headache of my son now having to be pushed back another month for his braces.

Casey is THE best. I highly recommend working with her if you choose the Embassy on 21st location. Great communication and service. Woman deserves a raise!

Dr. Jay was amazing! He helped me develop the best care plan for my needs. Both short and long term. To address my complicated genetic issue and 2 abscesses. Very knowledgeable of Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome! Would recommend 10 out of 10!
