Dr. Ely is fantastic!Pros:On-Time Appointment - I was in the lobby for 1-2 minutes max.No Surprises - Detailed Explanation of the x-rays, exam, and cleaning process.Courteous - Extra Pillow for my neck, checking in with me for comfort during exam and cleaning.Detailed - Cleaning felt very thorough. Polishing was complete, not skimmed over like previous cleanings at other places.Recommendation - Scheduled an appt for a cavity, and got advice on how to deal with bigger issues. No pressure and only necessary recommendations were made.Cons:Dr Ely and her staff were so nice, wish I could have stayed and chatted!Great work, 100% recommendation from me!

Dr. Ely is an awesome dentist. I cannot say it enough. She is always there for me, my family and friends. She is kind, gentle and knowledgeable. She truly is the best. 🦷😉

Avoid this office. This office is engaging in dubious billing practices and recommending unnecessary procedures. Its main goal is to milk the patients.I had been going there in the last 2-3 years. First, I went there for cleanings. Then, they had suggested deep cleaning and two crown procedures even though I don't believe are necessary. I ended up paying hundreds of dollars out of pockets extra (outside the insurance coverage) for the deep cleaning and the 1st crown procedure. In the last crown procedure, the dentist accidentally punctured my teeth and I had to have a root canal with a different dentist. I ended up with more than a thousand dollar extra out of pocket. There are plenty of dentists in Orange County, stay away from this one.

Dr. Ely Lun-Chial and her staff are totally professional. She and her assistants are most precise in their work as dentist and technicians. There is excellent communication during the procedure and in issuing notifications of appointments and reminders.
