The staff here is incredibly friendly! I was recommended by a friend, and now I understand why it was worth recommending. Dr. KIM seems like an excellent physician. While other places suggested temporary solutions, Dr. KIM recommended a more fundamental treatment approach. I am 100% willing to recommend this hospital to my other friends.

If you’re looking for a great orthodontist, awesome staff and an amazing atmosphere, Element Dental is the place to go. No exaggeration. Dr. Matthew is the absolute best. He genuinely cares about his patients. Liz is incredible. She’s welcoming and ensure that each patient has great service.

Don't go here. Had to get my wisdom teeth taken out which they did a great job with, only they forgot to give me antibiotics. I had an infection and was in serious pain for three days, went in for a check up and they refused to give me pain medication to cope with the effects of their mistake. Had to go to 24hr urgent care to get my needs met and had to pay more. If you can, go anywhere else.

On 10/24/2024,I decided to stop in at Element Dental to see if they were still on my insurance plan and ask some questions on what I can and cannot do as far as getting work done on my mouth. I am so glad I did stop in , the Orthodontist receptionists started out being I sat on that side , she didn’t send me over , she got up and walked me over introduced me to the general reception it and asked if she could work me in, she politely said yes! I sat filled out paper work,sat for maybe 30 mins , you lady came did my X-ray we laughed and talked a bit she took me to another room while I wait on the doctor, I was getting ready to play a game and I hear this soft spoken lady behind me say hello m Dr,Rekha gave me a really gentle handshake and she asked me what are we doing today? I told her and emphasized what ever is best she examined me , explained what all my concerns were and answered them all!! Thank You to every one of these ladies that helped me today because I have anxiety really bad that I don’t go any where by myself but today I felt like somebody important and I meet some caring ladies! Kudos to each one of you and I hope my next visit will be even better!!!! I will be recommend in your business to my family

We love Element Dental. Two of my boys have been fit with braces, my youngest is still being treated. You are welcomed when you walk in the office and treated like part of the family. Everyone is super nice and friendly. The atmosphere is comfortable, relaxed and still maintains professionalism. If you are nervous about dentist/orthodontic appointments like my youngest son was, then this is the place for you! Thank you for the smiles you create for my family.

I absolutely love Element Dental. They are always so nice and gentle, and their pricing is very fair for the quality of work . They work with most of the dental insurance plans that I've checked out like Delta Dental, as well as great inexpensive discount plans like Thrive. It's always fast, they're great with kids, and Dr. Reka is fantastic. (And they don't try to pull healthy teeth! I've had dentists with fancy offices that tried to do that, beware! you can't ever get them back, and I've still got all my teeth ten years later!) Michaela, who I think is the office manager, is very honest and kind. They even understand my ID paranoia after having my identity stolen. Absolutely love Element -- my highest recommendation!

everyone who works here is so sweet and caring! as someone who has a lot of anxiety surrounding dentists, i would recommend this office to anybody who has the same anxieties! the staff is so friendly & the dentist i saw is very patient, kind and understanding. they explain things in ways you can understand & genuinely want the best for you!

The dental hygienist here did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth. I'm ashamed to say it's been about 12 years since I had them cleaned. the last time I left the dentist after a cleaning, I could not stop rubbing the backs of my front teeth with my tongue because they felt sharp and uncomfortable. They left me with white marks on the front teeth and told me "those are soft spots, you need to brush with a prescription strength fluoride toothpaste" and gave me a prescription. 🙄 Not long after that I was hospitalized with an illness, and long story short, my dental health got pushed to the back burner. When I went to this dentist, I expected them to tell me that 10 years of neglect had led to cavities galore, and I might even lose a tooth. They told me I only had 4 small cavities, and medicaid has fully covered my checkup and cleaning. I just got done with the cleaning, and my teeth feel amazing! there is not a single sharp edge for my tongue to rub against, and she even got rid of the white streaks that have been there for over a decade. The ones the other dentist called "soft spots". I asked her about that and she said "they probably just left some tartar on your teeth" I looked in my mouth with a mirror and I can't find a spec of tartar anywhere. My teeth look and feel amazing. She did a fantastic job. Definitely recommend this office.
