I recently visited elegant dental Center for a dental check-up, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience! From the moment I walked into the office, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Dr. Mehdi Moradiseresht is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also takes the time to explain every step of the process, making sure I was comfortable and informed throughout the visit. The staff is friendly and the office is clean and modern. I highly recommend elegant dental Center to anyone looking for top-notch dental care also would like to add Ana, the dental hygienist, is excellent and did a really thorough job of cleaning my teeth. I have sensitive gums and teeth and she dealt with me with extreme care while not compromising the quality of her cleaning efforts. Even if I come in just for a cleaning, Dr. mehdi always makes sure to come speak with me regarding any concerns he or I have regarding my dental health. He always discusses his ideas with me and gives me multiple options to consider but never forces me one way or another. Overall, excellent clinic with great staff and a really knowledge, caring, and competent dentist.

Dishonest, self-serving practice that doesn't value patient's time and needs. I had called on Friday looking for a place to address a small routine concern. I had provided my insurance and was offered a spot on Saturday. However, after wasting an hour at the office, i was told they need to contact my insurance to verify benefits, and that i should schedule to come back next week. My insurance doesn't require pre-authorization and my benefits for this routine procedure are crystal clear. The office scheduled me for a Saturday knowing full well they were not going to address my concern on that day. That is utterly dishonest and disrespectful of my time. The sole reason for my coming there was to deal with this issue quickly and conveniently. The office staff was most concerned about having me fill tons of paperwork, handwriting that same information that is already contained in printed copies over and over again, and signing all sorts of consent forms that refer to the documents that were not even given to me for review. Overall, the process and procedures put the patient last.
