Worst dental experience I’ve ever had. I had back to back cleaning and restoration appointments, and after the cleaning and dental exam (which was well performed - give credit where credit is due), they said they were short staffed and couldn’t do the restoration right away so I asked them if it could be done a different time later. They said that the same dentist who did my exam was available 1 hour later, and since I lived right next to the place, I agreed as I understand that some things are not under the management’s control when it comes to staff availability.I come back an hour later sharp, where they first take 10 minutes to take me to the room (understandable) and then take another 10 minutes to send the dentist, which by the way, is not the same dentist who did my exam. I still ignore that, but the dentist tells me that they are going to numb my mouth and while the affects take over, he will quickly consult a different patient which I didn’t have a problem with (yet again). But I am AGAIN left unattended on the seat with my mouth fully numb for 20 WHOLE MINUTES. That is the WORST thing you could do to a dental patient who you’ve already mistreated. I remove my disposable covers and go to the reception with a numb mouth, and politely ask for the prescription and the restoration to be dismissed.The staff were polite and friendly, and said that the dentist could see me after ANOTHER 10 MINUTES, to which I said no, upon which they offered me a “gift box” as a gesture, but I refused to take any because these things sometimes give the clinics an entitlement of having fixed the problem.They said again that they were understaffed to which I asked: “Why ask me to come back again if you couldn’t attend?”, to which they replied they misjudged the schedule. VERY poor management overall. But in addition to that, a very bad suite of dentists as well! I don’t remember the name of the dentist, but no dentist IN THEIR RIGHT MIND should numb a patient’s mouth knowing FULLY WELL they couldn’t start the restoration soon after that. All of this on top of SKY HIGH prices. My insurance covers 90% of all expenditures, and the amount was still coming to $120 out of my pocket for fixing merely 5 fillings that were chipped (not even decayed).Definitely out in the market looking for a new clinic now. I’m sure a lot of people have had good experiences there, but if a clinic can give THIS level of a bad experience to even one client, it’s definitely not a good one.

I discovered Edition Dental thanks to a mailer. Frankly, most mailers usually go straight to recycling, but I’m glad I checked this one out.Edition Dental was excellent, even from my first phone call to them. Their administrative staff, especially Danijela and Angelica, are all super warm and welcoming.They are a newer dental clinic, about a year old. Super friendly and accommodating, they help make a treatment plan what works best for you, especially if you don’t have insurance coverage. Plus the first cleaning, x-rays, and check-ups are very affordable at $99.Genevieve did an excellent job with my cleaning. Unfortunately, I had a cavity that needed attention right away; however, I was able to get it taken care of within the same day.Dr. AK made sure it was smooth and fast filling (and was relieved he could avoid freezing).All to sat, I highly recommend!

I highly recommend the clinic! Also the staff named Santiago for being so accommodating and making my first time in clinic memorable.He was always there to assist me with my questions and very willing to help wt anything. He makes the clinic very relaxing and enjoyable to visit! Highly recommend!

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience to help others avoid the same mistakes. My visit to Editions Dental was absolutely horrible. From the moment I walked in, I felt pressured into treatments I didn’t need. They were overly insistent, making me feel uncomfortable and rushed. After seeking a second opinion, I found that none of the treatments they recommended were necessary.I also don’t know where the positive reviews are coming from because, during my visit, it seemed like every other patient felt the same way. Everyone I spoke to appeared just as uncomfortable and frustrated, with many of us eager to leave the office as quickly as possible.To make matters worse, I witnessed management treating their employees in a very rude and unprofessional manner, which was incredibly off-putting. On top of all that, I continue to receive unsolicited phone calls and texts about appointments I never booked.I deeply regret choosing this practice and urge others to steer clear. There are plenty of other dental offices that provide honest, respectful care without the pressure and unprofessional behavior I experienced here.

Highly recommend!Stephanie made me feel like I had been a patient at this clinic my entire life. Her exceptional customer service made the whole experience even better. She was warm, friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure that my visit was a great experience.The hygienist, Nicole, was friendly, gentle and thorough. Dr.Ella demonstrated a deep level of expertise and ensured that I understood my dental health. I couldn’t ask for more.Go visit them and I am confident that they will be your new dental home.
