10/10/10/10 I never thought a root canal could be enjoyable. I have no complaints! From the front door, to the dental assistants, the two specialists dentist, I couldn’t be more happy I chose this group. Dr. Moore was as easy going and empathetic as any Dr. I’ve ever met, and I’m a nurse. Dr Ashworth was personable and practical. I wouldn’t honestly change a thing! Well maybe one. I would have gone sooner! I am an 80’s baby. If there is one thing I’m scared of, it WAS the Dentist. That fear has truly left. Thank you to the entire team.

I went to Eastland Family Dental for a handful of years and despite losing a number of filings during that time, I didn't have any complaints--these things happen and my cleanings were always good. However, it was when a new hygienist told me that I had periodontal disease and required a treatment that would be ongoing and very expensive. After scaring me with the issues I would face (yes, they even pulled the cancer card) they wanted me to sign a contract that day agreeing to the treatments. As I went over the contract and the several thousand dollar price tag, I felt defeated because I couldn't afford it, but also didn't want to go through life with a disease that could give me cancer. I told them as much and left without signing. That was the last time I went to Eastland Family Dental. I decided to seek out a second opinion and when that dentist said I had zero signs of periodontal disease, I went to another just to make sure. My second and third opinions were that I had no signs of periodontal disease. Eastland Dental wanted me to pay them thousands of dollars and tried to scare me into it for nothing. I wish it ended there, but around two years after I last went to them, I got an invoice mailed to me from Eastland Dental. It was for around $100, but didn't indicate what it was for. I ended up calling them to find out and they told me it was an "error". I'd like to know how many people blindly paid that invoice just because they trusted Eastland Dental. I cannot caution people enough about doctors and dentists who use scare tactics to get patients to pay for treatments they don't need. ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION! Edited to respond: my name has changed since I was there, but I made no mistake. This is the Eastland Family Dental Office in the tiny little parking lot, across the street from a bomb Mexican restaurant. It's interesting you try to discredit me rather than refute that Eastland Dental pushes unnecessary pricey treatments.

My visit was pleasant. All the staff members were kind, helpful, and friendly Dr Ashworth was thorough, efficient and extremely down to earth. I would recommend their office to anyone who wants high quality, friendly care

Absolutely fabulous experience myself and my two children. The office was so prompt and getting us in right away as well as getting us in to get our treatment plan executed.
