I love Dr. Austin and the staff! My family has been going to him for years. He truly is genuine and supportive and really cares about my family. He has done an excellent job with our needs. I look forward my appointments. The equipment is modern and the office is very nice and always clean. You can't go wrong choosing Merit Dental to meet your dental needs!

During my first visit, my teeth were cleaned by the doctor because there was a severe snow causing travel delays in the area. So literally, the best cleaning ever, although I hadn't been to a dentist office in years. During my second visit (routine appointment), my teeth was cleaned by a usual hygienist and my experience was just as detailed. Very friendly and helpful staff. After each appointment, I leave feeling as if I was given the best care for my teeth. As well as, honest feedback on how I can better care for my teeth. The front office staff is friendly and welcoming as well. My teeth are not a problem, so I can't speak on how the care is for major issues, but I am sure it is just as pristine. Highly recommended.
