Duff Family Dental

Duff Family Dental was the recommendation of a neighbor of mine. I was highly impressed with the cheerful, upbeat personalities I encountered from the time I entered the front door until I left. The place is immaculate, very modern and the service unbelievable. Visiting a dental facility was never a favorite of mine, but the people, service and everything related to Duff was absolutely tops! I have given your information to two different individuals who liked what I had to say about the facility, the service and all the people I encountered. They are very personable and up front about everything; and they treat the patients as they were treating their own loved ones. It was truly a top notch experience from start to finish and I look forward to returning next week. Thank you for your wonderful concern and care.

What a wonderful experience! The office staff was incredibly friendly and assured me that if I went on their cancellation list they would be able to get me in pretty quickly. Sure enough I ended up getting an appointment the very next day. Everyone was incredibly friendly and relaxed. My hygienist was so nice and explained every step that she was taking and why she was doing it. After a very thorough cleaning Dr. Duff came in and checked my teeth and x-rays. She was just as personable and friendly as the rest of the staff. They have a great culture that trickles down from the top which equates to great customer service, knowledgeable staff, and a welcoming environment.

I truly enjoyed being a patient here. I moved from Springfield and unfortunately had to find a new dental office. Each staff member was so kind and took pride in their patient care. They gave helpful answers to questions and provided tips for getting the best results. I can not recommend them enough.

When you walk through the door you are immediately greeted by a receptionist who smiles at you and checks you in! Libby the hygienist did a great job and was professional and friendly. She explained what she was doing every step of my treatment! Of course Dr. Bair came in and checked for cancer and examined my teeth and as she always does, was very kind! I have always been treated with respect and kindness!

I love Dr. Duff and her whole staff. Dr. Duff made a double implant with a bridge for me and it is wonderful. Better than real teeth. Everyone I’ve seen there has been competent and kind. Best dental experience ever.

From the front desk to the hygienists the experience is always pleasant. My family of 6 often comes all at the same time DFD gets us in and out in a timely manner and I don’t worry about my kids without me! Today, our family had last minute commitments that required changing schedules spread throughout the day. At 8am the front desk was friendly and efficient in getting us all in when we could be there. As a working mom to 4 teenagers, it was a life saver!
