Dr Walter Young Dental Office

Today I discovered that Dewanna @ the front desk) is unapologetically unprofessional and rude. I called to ask if my name had been removed from the computer. I found a new Dentist near my house. She talked over me repeatedly. I was shocked. Because.... Today I had planned to surprise her and take her gifts...I created for her. Five African head wraps and a pair of custom hand made earrings/necklace. I drove instead to Ace hardware and gave the items to a young woman who was walking past my car.

Every since Dr Young been gone the whole dynamics has changed I trusted this office when he was there because I knew he was going to be honest about my oral health now it seems sketchy I was there 6 months ago and they said one tooth needs to be watch left out 6 months later and my whole mouth needs a revamping dentistry is a scam I hate that his name is attached to those who are following behind him but you are in a historical place where black patients felt safe and now I feel like it’s about money

I have a general fear of the dentist. This staff was so welcoming and understanding. They took the time to explain my treatment, what I needed and why I needed it. The Doctor is young and knowledgeable. The hygienist did a wonderful job on my cleaning. Everyone from the front to the back were very friendly! I definitely recommend!

1st ever Visit to any Dentist. I was nervous because of all the unknowns, but the friendliness, professionalism, and amazing customer service of the staff made me relax. Dr. Okeke took great care of me, explaining everything to me before proceeding. The whole experience wonderful. I'm definitely recommending them to my family and friends.

My second round of treatment . Great office . This Dentist actually cares about your medical history which is VERY important. Please behonest about it . Interactions are real and open and dangerous. If referral needed Gladly provide it. Your Health and safety is important
