I have been to Dr.Pranati office on several occasions, and as always from the time you sign in the staff gives you a pleasant greeting and shortly you're called back to be seen. Today was the fastest finish time in my entire life , I signed in at 10:55am and was walking out of the dentist office at 11:15am, Dr. Pranati and her staff always does an amazing job, I definitely recommend her practice to successfully fulfill any dentistry needs that you have.
Dec 19, 2024 · Tommy MelvinMother went to this dentist and office personnel never sent mother's info to the insurance. I made several calls to her practice and they were clueless. I called the insurance and they never received her info for approval. People claim to have felt as family, I didn't have that experience at all by the doctor. Her assistant was quiet and polite, but she came across as a person who doesn't care about her patients. Another observation I made was the she would walk in and out of the patients area to answer a phone call, nobody was at the desk, walk back in with the same gloves to continue working with a patient after handling a phone. That's unhygienic and disrespectful to the patient. In the end, not sending the info to the insurance may have been a blessing because we took our business elsewhere. She lacks professionalism even if she has been doing this for how ever long.
