Just had a deep cleaning done today and I was extremely nervous prior to the procedure. Both the receptionist up front as well as the Hygienist, Lynette were very kind and talked me through the process. I felt calm and it made the procedure feel less painful than I anticipated it to be. Highly recommend this practice :)

Reviews seem a little far-fetched. I originally chose to go to this dentist because of their weekend schedule and distance from my home. The service was adequate, and people were friendly; but staff seemed immediately friendlier on those with better insurance. Most of my procedure was done by the dental aides, and had to wait on the chair a good 45 min before saw the doctor. When a cavity was found, everyone crowded around me but provided no foreword that I be a study aide. When it came to the bill felt too much like buying a car, all the charm wore off because they got what they wanted.

I been going their for two months now. I’m happy with their service. They are friendly and very helpful with my needs. Dr. Marin is very professional and you can see he enjoys his work and cares for his patients too.

The medical portion of the services I received were okay, but the billing side is quite a nightmare. The billing department was wrong in filing the insurance for both visits and would not return my repeated phone calls. ( I was overcharged the copay). You have to make a appointment to talk to the billing department. FInally I had to write to the Dentist to request my refund. The promised check never arrived. So after 11 months, I finally drove to the office to pick up the refund check. Will never deal with this office again.
