Dr Hathaway and her team are fantastic. They are always up to date with the latest technology - Dr Hathaway is so knowledgable and takes time to explain things- as do the other staff members. Their hygeinist Preslee just did my routine cleaning and it was not uncomfortable at all- she was very thorough and is very detailed. Great experience with this group!

I have been going to Dr. Hathaway for close to two decades now and i have zero complaints! I genuinely enjoy going to the dentist because of her and her wonderful staff. It’s a very comfortable environment and Dr. Hathaway’s commitment to your overall health is honestly what sets her above! If you are looking for a dentist in the BCS area go to Dr. Hathaway!

Amazing people and Dr. Hathaway is amazing especially for the nervous people like myself of dentist she's the one to call she assures you with no pain and makes sure everything is perfect for you comfort!!!

It was my first opportunity to meet Dr. Hathaway & she was every bit a pleasure as her reputation shows. She put me at ease within minutes & explained every thing she discussed. Her staff represented her well & was equally personable. I'd used the same dentist for approx 20yrs & was nervous. The calm, friendly atmosphere was excellent. When Dr. Mariah Smith suggested I use her & change CPAP equip., my FIRST question was did they accept Delta Dental, because as A&M Retiree, all my dental was paid & I explained that was a must. She mentioned the apparatus used, but I had no literature nor prior knowledge. I'm 81 & w/minimal income & no family support. Dr. Hathaway's staff explained procedure/ins by phone & I explained Delta Dental was excellent & my dentist had always filed & accepted pmt, then any additional billed. Rarely was there any additional. I also explained I was VERY concerned about the cost of equipment that I had no prior knowledge of. They explained my ins. was verified. I was very surprised tho' at ckout, I had to pay in advance. I asked weren't they going to file w/DD 1st, the front desk said my cost has to be pd 1st. I said I hadn't understood it that way. The real shock came then, when she said it way probably that way since they were 'out of network!' It was obvious I was totally shocked and I said "OUT OF NETWORK?? No one ever said y'all were out of network! And, I had asked Dr Smith to be sure they had Delta Dental!" She should have told me because I don't have an income to pay out of network prices. However, I had an instant connection w Dr. Hathaway. I saw her interact w another patient & she was so kind & personable with patients. And, I listened to her interact w her staff & she was a gracious employer. Definitely Dr. Hathaway & her staff are examples of highly trained, competent & good natured professionals. Thank you. Dr. Hathaway and her team are the absolute best! I have such bad dental anxiety, but with Dr. Hathaway I feel so at ease. She’s so kind and compassionate. She never rushes and takes her time. She’s very precise and always ensures I leave happy! Best Dentist! Preslie, the hygienist is amazing as well. She’s very gentle and so sweet, she always makes sure my teeth are perfectly cleaned! The whole team is great! 10/10!

If I have to go to the dentist, I love to go Dr. Hathaway's. Everyone in the office is kind and helpful. They explain everything and answer any questions. I highly recommend Dr. Hathaway!
