I have been going to this dentist office for 20+years. My daughter has also been going here since she was little. Loyal customer right? Not anymore. My daughter had a bond put on her front tooth which she has been doing for YEARS since its been chipped since she was young. They charged her $290 out of pocket this time. It only lasted a week after she bit into something & it came off. We contacted the dentist & was advised that because she bit into something they can't fix it but the dentist would be able to take something off it but she still would be charged. So, basically Sarah took $290 & threw it out the window. She had a cleaning scheduled for the following week & forgot to cancel it in the midst of all this. She since found & went to a new dentist. They told her they could do the bond work for $215 & it came with a warranty for a year. When she called the old dentist to get her dental records they told her they couldn't give it to her unless she paid a $75 missed appointment fee for forgetting to cancel her appointment. Like ARE YOU SERIOUS?? I called today & spoke to them. Basically, was told these are their policies, the prices for bond work etc. & the dentist there...Dr. Jeffrey Cook.. because Sarah missed her appointment advised them to charge her the $75. So, not only did you rip her off $290 for something that didn't even last a WEEK but now want to charge her $75?? I advised her to cancel my future cleaning appointments & tell Dr. Jeffrey Cook not only has he lost ONE but TWO loyal customers of 20+ years over $75 & that maybe someone needs to look into their policies because it seems to me like they are ripping people off. Dr Jeffery Cook was rude, unprofessional and uncaring. I took my son for an evaluation and cleaning today and wanted to consult with the Dentist after the cleaning to discuss my concerns with my son's teeth. The tech wanted me to consult with her and when I insisted on speaking to the dentist, she got an attitude. Then when Dr Cook came out, he seemed as if I was bothering him, was very short with his answers and offered no resolve. I told him that I didn't appreciate the level of attention or care I was getting at his practice and said I'd find another dentist. He said fine and told the receptionist to cancel all my appointments to include my daughter's appointment which is later today. This isn't my first bad experience with Dr Cook. He's very impatient, detached and should consider retiring. I will no longer patronize his practice.

If I could read them a negative value I most certainly would. I called simply to schedule an appointment as a new patient. The associate I dealt with when Gathering my information was insistent that my medical ID number would be different from my dental ID number. My rather large financial institution has a special contract with Aetna and our insurance card is 4 Medical and dental with the same ID number but different group numbers. The associate proceeded to try to correct me and lecture me on the intricacies of insurance cards at which point I got mad. Asking the associate to just schedule me for an appointment. The associate called me nasty and hung up on me. When I called back to ask for a supervisor, I was given another associate who was insistent that they were no longer taking new patients which definitely was not communicated by the prior associate that started the process so excuse me if I don't believe them. I especially don't believe them when another colleague of mine just made an appointment this week. Rude and unprofessional.

Horrible!! Lazy unprofessional staff!! The day of my appointment I arrived and was told I had pay out=of=pocket due to they didn't have my approval authorization! Mind you this appointment was made 3 months in advance..my treatment was approved ALL they had to do was call my insurance and have it faxed... Now days they expect you to do there JOB while they get paid ...NEVER!@ wont be back !!!

I used to go here a while ago and had great experiences here. My job changed insurance companies so I had to find a new dentist, 2 years of trying different dentist and finally the job switched to UHC (which they accepted) called and got a appointment the next day. Just as good as I remember them to be there.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. From the front desk to the actual dentist operations, I went to them for close to 2-3 years and every visit was bad until it became unbearable. If you want rude and invasive staff, this is the place for you. If you never want to feel your teeth have been properly cleaned than this place is right for you. I'm in awe that they're still operational.
