Dr. Hans P. Egbert, DDS

Dr Egbert is extremely Unfriendly! Please research him as I didn’t research much when choosing a dentist. There are reviews of others who also experienced his unkind heart. We started going here 2 years ago, the first appointment was a bit shaky, as they said my kids needed tons of work. I was very concerned because we had just moved here and the previous dentist said there were no issues. I asked very nicely if they could please double check that all they referred to needing done was in fact correct. I hate confrontation. And this Dr is extremely confrontational. I let it go, as we are all busy moms and dads, no time to look for a new dentist and I figured they overlooked some areas, and May have rushed that day. We requested Dr Stilson next round, since it was a rough start with Dr. Egbert. He seemed irritated that I just wanted him to just please double check. 2.5 yrs past, now my husband a newly retired veteran comes in. My husband was diagnosed with periodontal the first time there, so they asked him if he would like the deep cleaning. Which was $. He agreed, but second round we asked for a normal cleaning and exam nothing extra besides fluoride as he was seeing a VA approved dentist. Well They charged us, without telling us that he was unable to get a regular cleaning. We called thinking no big deal this was a misunderstanding, so Dr Egbert calls us and immediately tells us he is no longer serving us ad we claimed he was doing malpractice on their very first appt there? They made up these horrible lies! I never once once said that, i said can you please recheck to make sure. That was it! They put terrible words in my mouth. My kids brush 3x a day, so I had the right to ask again. Funny they will gossip about you in your file and type in lies that didn’t occur. You never know what they are chatting about behind your back! Secondly, they try to charge for items that were not properly discussed. If you are looking for a family dentist that makes you feel like family. This is not the place! He is alarmingly rude. He doesn’t support veterans or military how he treated my husband charging a co pay for a cleaning exam and then a bill in the mail, and then completely disregard us not fully refund it, he kept deductible, then says we were the problem and to leave. The things he said were mind blowing on that call. He also hung up on me! I was nothing but kind, he was very argumentative and saying the most awful accusations towards me. I despise confrontation, and this Dr was throwing some low blows! Extremely unprofessional. Extremely. Also, big red flag, their office leaves a comment on all of their bad reviews showing that the person was not a patient there, on every negative comment? Red flag! Very suspicious! And to add their office has zero privacy, clear walls, and in need of major renovations. Cleanings are always rushed! Don’t go here!!

The new location and set up at Cordera Family Dentisty, great! The hygienist, Rebecca, kind, professional and efficient. Dr. Egbert, the BEST!

This office makes going to the dentist as enjoyable as could be. The little dental work I have required was completed quickly and with minimal discomfort. I appreciate their willingness to work with cash paying customers, and I have twice purchased the two-cleanings package they offer - good deal $. I recommend Dr. Egbert and his staff.

From the receptionist that greets you to the Dentist, such a knowledgeable and caring group of people. Our entire family goes here. Dr. Egbert and his chair side staff make this an enjoyable experience, and we never miss an appointment. I can not say enough nice things about the quality of care we receive here.

I am so glad I came to this dental practice! I've had multiple dentists in the Springs, but this is the best practice I've ever been to. Dr. Stilson is really great, and I'm sure the other dentists are great too! The entire staff is friendly, helpful, and the way they approach dentistry really stands out. Try them out!
