Dr. Feisal Osman's Family Dentistry

As someone who recently moved to Richmond, I took my daughter to the nearest dentist to our new home. They diagnosed her with the need for seven fillings in her teeth. However, my daughter didn’t even have a single visible black spot on her teeth, so I decided to seek a second opinion. We visited Dr. Faisal, and he informed us that only one of her teeth had a minor issue that didn't even require a filling. I found that they did not recommend unnecessary treatments, and everyone, including Dr. Faisal, was very polite and courteous. I am very grateful to them. Now I feel like I’m in the right place. Thank you.

Dr. Osman and his staff are always so professional and friendly. My whole family and two daughters (know grown daughters) have been grateful patients for over 20 years! He has been especially helpful in emergency situations! I am very thankful for Dr. Osman and his whole staff!

They took the time to explain each step of the process, ensuring that I felt comfortable and informed throughout the appointment. Their gentle approach and attention to detail made the cleaning process virtually painless. Dr. Feisal himself was exceptional. Not only was he highly skilled and proficient in his work, but he also took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions thoroughly. His friendly demeanor and genuine care for his patients truly set him apart. Overall, I couldn't be more satisfied with my visit. Recommend! The folks at Dr Osman’s office are very friendly, professional and helpful! My son needed an urgent root canal (before we were patients) and Dr Osman got us connected and in with someone right away - he really went out of his way to help us!!! Appointments are right on time and my cleanings went smoothly - the dental hygienists listen and really care about doing a good job!! Super happy and highly recommend them!!

Every time I go to this practice I always have an amazing experience. Dr. Feisal is so friendly, and so incredibly talented and knows his stuff. The dental hygienist’s are all so experienced and always do an amazing cleaning and make you feel so comfortable.
