Dr. Edward C. Yates

My husband went to Dr. Yates because he needed major dental work. Every time he went there was a different plan and the price increased. We were never given any type of written estimate and when I called the office to ask if they submit it to insurance for a pre-approval the person behind the glass said no and that we can do it. How can we do it when we don't know codes or procedures. Every time we went to this office this person behind the glass has been nasty, unfriendly and lazy! When she did send a bill to the insurance she put the wrong code and was denied. We sent Dr. Yates a letter about this and I'm sure he didn't see it because she probably opens the mail. We called and said we wanted our records when when we went to pick it up it was left on the counter because she couldn't be bothered to talk to us.
