I would give -5 Stars if I could!! After reading many good reviews I decided to go with this dentist office to start to repair my once perfect teeth that were damaged due to medication. This was the utmost BIGGEST MISTAKE I’ve ever made in my life! I was told that I would need some root canals, extractions, fillings & then partial dentures. (Keep in mind that my teeth have ALWAYS been so important to me. I’ve religiously brushed them 2-3X a day for as long as I can remember. I had PERFECT teeth. My smile was always the ONLY thing I’ve ever liked about myself.) So me being STUPID & not getting a second opinion, trusted Dr. Basher & agreed to let her do the work. 2nd BIGGEST MISTAKE I’ve also ever made in my life! But anyway, I went to my 1st appointment. The 1st appointment to start my Partial Denture process. NO IMPRESSIONS WERE EVER MADE OF MY TEETH. (After extensive research, I’ve learned that that is one of the first things that the dentist is supposed to do when starting the denture process). I did not know this then! Fast forward a couple appointments, I’ve now had some teeth extracted, and the root canals have been started. I still HAVE NOT had any impressions done! They have extracted my teeth, but not taking any impressions of those teeth that need to be replaced with crowns. Make that make sense. But anyway. I’ve now had all my teeth extracted that supposedly needed to be. And now, at one of my next appointments, impressions are taken. Now that I’ve had my teeth polled they take impressions so they can give me crowns. A crown is supposed to match your natural tooth as closely as possible. How are they going to match my natural tooth when they did not take impressions of my natural teeth? Well now I’ve gotten my temporary crowns. OMG, THEY ARE HUGE! But no worries, Dr. Basher says “ they’re just temporary”. Okay. I trust her again. ⏭️ Permanent crowns now come in. I go for my appt. Dr. Basher brings in my crowns. Has me look at them. I say, “they look really big”. Dr. Basher says, “ well that’s just because they’re not in your mouth right now”. She now put them in my mouth to have me try them on, so I guess I can see how they feel. Because I was never given a mirror to see how they look. (which I’ve also recently learned that the dentist is supposed to give you a mirror so you can inspect the crown(s) to see how it looks, make sure it’s the right color, and the right fit & most IMPORTANTLY, that you’re HAPPY with it/them!!) So I can’t see what they look like, I can only “feel how they look” and how they fit. I then tell Dr. Basher “these feel really big”. She then says “ well, that’s because it’s a foreign object you’re gonna need some time to get used to me.” Stupid, stupid me trusts her once again. I go home, I go straight to the mirror to look because the whole way home they felt so funny in my mouth and so large. I look in the mirror and I had a mental breakdown. OMG, WHAT HAS SHE DONE TO ME!?!? She has given me HORSE TEETH! I have naturally TINY teeth!! My next appointment is tomorrow. I go in I expressed my concerns to her. And she says once again, “they’re foreign objects they’re gonna take some time to get used to and they’re gonna look bigger because you don’t have any other teeth next to them”. There’s no way they just look too big, no way! Nope cuz every time I try to eat some thing, I bite my lips & It HURTS like hell every time it happens. They now bleed because I’m biting them every time I try to eat something & don’t focus when I chew. I mean, I shouldn’t have to. Not only do they look absolutely hideous, they’re causing me pain. & on top of the pain, when I talk, my lip gets stuck up because they protrude so far out. I’ve expressed my concerns to Dr. basher & she refuses to do anything about it. ⏭️ Dentures come in. They look hideous bcuz of the crowns! I’m done here! 3rd opinion, they are too big! But can’t get them fixed due to insurance. Also 1 BROKE in 3mos. Filing formal complaint, getting a lawyer & WILL BE taking her to court!! I’ve been suicidal since all this!

For general cleaning and other basic procedures, I will continue to go to Dr. Dental. However, for extractions, I would not recommend this office. I know extractions are difficult and I had two done at this location. In both extractions, I feel that excessive force was used to rush the procedure. As well as condescending remarks. I have had a wisdom tooth pulled before and I did not experience any of the discomfort or feelings.

Went here to schedule a annual dental cleaning because of the good reviews. They spent 5-10 minutes on my teeth, and cleaning felt rushed and not thorough. After my cleaning, I was told to see their ortho specialist because my teeth had shifted. This has to be one of the worst experiences. When I asked/insisted that I do Invisalign I was continuously told by their ortho that this wasn't possible and was shut down multiple times. I went to two other dental offices in Boston to get a second opinion, both who which said Invisalign was possible and noted that my brackets were applied poorly. I keep calling them/have visited their office several times in person to stop all treatment and ended up getting my braces removed at another practice. Hillary (front desk ortho) was supposed to call me to confirm treatments have been cancelled as well as send my dental records. I have to keep calling to only be told false promises. Its very frustrating and no there's no follow through. I would avoid this practice at all costs and seek treatment elsewhere. They also booked me for a appointment twice, I showed up in person, and was told that their "system was wrong" and I had to be rebooked. Extremely unprofessional.

They don't care really care! I came to them as a new patient with special dental needs. They assured me that they accept my insurance but my insurance denied the claim. Numerous calls and texts to them went unanswered. I think they billed insurance wrong and then didn't want to deal with me. I wasted so much time finding a dentist I would consider, spent time with them getting x-rays, etc. and they won't even give me the time of day now and I don't understand why! And I continuously get automated texts and emails from them reminding me that it's time for my cleaning. The nerve! These people blatantly tossed me aside. Don't go to this dentis office! If you really need them they won't come through! So disappointed!
