Had no issues up until my dentist's schedule got very limited. My review is not on the dentists but rather Dr. Dental's office in general. They squeeze patients in appointments and overbooked all the time. You'll be waiting an hour or more if you go on a bad day. (They have many bad days). Their confirmation system is overwhelmingly zealous. They send you a confirmation text when you book. Then a second confirmation text a week before, a phone call and another text confirmation the day of. If you only confirm the texts but miss the call, they take you off the schedule. No it's, ands, or buts about it. I was at work when I got the phone call and missed it. When I showed up, they said "oh well". I was going in because the dentist left mid cleaning. I went back a second time, dentist was overbooked and waited 2 hours until they told me to go home. Came back for a 3rd time, decided to end it and switch to C&S family dental. Save yourself from wasting resources on this place. If u go once and had a great experience, they'll make sure you have a bad one next time. Just horrible system they have going on overall. Honestly makes me think they only prioritize people w/o husky insurance. Wouldn't be surprised if they were investigated for insurance discrimination.

My concerns were listened to and respected, and we actually agreed on the procedure I wanted done. Was doing extractions for my remaining 7 teeth, and putting orders in for full set of conventional dentures. Only reason 4 stars instead of 5 is due to poor time management. My appointment was scheduled for 1pm. Didn't get called back till almost 2pm. Then took additional 45 mins from there to do the procedure. So I was there for almost 2 entire hours. Otherwise, treated very well.

I don’t think I have ever been so disgusted with a business before. I went in for what was suppose to be a filling replacement but was told after I arrived that I could not get same day treatment. They proceeded to tell me I was due for a cleaning so why not get that and then schedule for the work I needed done. I agreed, was called in, had X-rays taken and then was told I needed to have a deep cleaning done. The dentist came in and told me that she would not perform any work in my mouth unless I had the procedure done… that would be $2000 out of pocket because insurance will not cover it. After the hygienist told me to follow her out into the waiting room, she had me speak with the women at the front desk. After asking her to please allow me to have my filling replaced as it is causing me discomfort and I cannot afford a deep cleaning at the time, she told me that they couldn’t and there was nothing they could do for me. And on top of all that, the hygienist didn’t even clean my teeth. But I’m sure she’ll still put in that she did and get paid for it!! It’s safe to say that I will NEVER be back there again. They care about the money, not the patient!Edit to add: I went to a different dentist and was treated like gold, had my filling fixed and DID NOT NEED A DEEP CLEANING.Stay FAR away from Dr. Dental.

I have been patient for a while now, noticing minor issues that I have let go of and not made a big deal about, and I have been trying to be understanding until now. My 14-year-old daughter got her braces done at Dr.Dental. First, my daughter mentioned that the Orthodontist was rude, the office barely picked up the phone, the office could not keep appointments, and there were always last-minute changes. My daughter was last seen back in June. In July, they canceled because the Orthodontist was not there. In August, after confirming my appointment and showing up to the office, I was told I did not have an appointment. My daughter has not been seen since June. I do not feel comfortable bringing my daughter for care to this place with no stability. I have filed complaints and asked for my money back to take my daughter to a different orthodontist. I have emailed the management and upper management, but they do not seem to care. I would not recommend this office to anyone. To add to it all, they have not released my information.
