I absolutely got love going to this place and finally getting my smile back. I have gotten the best care at the best price and top quality work!!! The very best part about this place is the staff. Kate the receptionists had gone above and beyond when I had a tough procedure. Kate is extremely compassionate and I feel confident I’m in good hands when I see her! I highly recommend this place for best quality work!

I am giving five stars for the dentists themselves because these two docs are AWESOME. Very kind, great manner, patient, and do all they can to help you regardless of who you are and how you pay or what your insurance is. They do great work, this is not a little shady corner dentist in the hood somewhere. These doctors take their time, do the best for their patients, and are are very trustworthy and caring. I no longer live in New Haven and refuse to go elsewhere because I like them so much and am so happy with their work. As far as the rest of the office staff, unfortunately they are not so great. A couple of the girls are really nice,the dental assistants especially are very caring and polite, but some of the office staff are RUDE and very unprofessional. They keep you waiting on hold without even apologizing or acknowledging you, the way they talk when they pick up the phone is very rude and unprofessional saying "hang on" and just putting the receiver down, and they lose appointments they supposedly make and give incorrect information to insurance companies without checking with the doctors first which can cause a lot of problems. It is still worth it to me to come here because of the dentists, but for such two great doctors, they deserve a better staff that lives up to their level of care! I do not generally write reviews online or complain about a business - but I have worked as a receptionist and in a office a great deal and I know how you are and are not supposed to treat people and I just think for two such great doctors, they should have a staff to match!

Best dentist in the area good with sensitive teeth and replacement teeth a caring dentist for the life of teeth..Dr. Spatz and Dr Zeid are the best dentist around.

Ive been coming to this dental office for almost 10 years. Hands down, this is the best in the city of Newhaven.They are amazing. The entire staff treats you with respect & are welcoming.They know exactly what they are doing doing& are extremely professional.

Great experience! I had a bad experience with a previous dentist, and they fixed the issue properly, and at a fair price! Dr. Spatz did a great job on the root canal, and Dr. Zied did great on the cap! Both Very experienced, and professional! They are definitely my new dentist! What a difference! I highly recommend Spatz dental!
