I was initially very skeptical about visiting another dental clinic after a bad experience elsewhere, where I encountered numerous hidden charges just for a simple consultation. As an international student on a budget without dental insurance, I was anxious about how much a visit would cost me. However, a friend recommended Dr. Backiel and Associates, and I decided to give it a try. From the moment I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised by the transparency and honesty of the clinic. The staff were very friendly and took the time to explain all the pricing clearly, giving me various options to choose from. There were no surprises or hidden fees, which instantly put me at ease. Dr. Steph, who treated me, was exceptionally professional and did an amazing job. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure, and her expertise was evident. I left the clinic feeling happy and well cared for. I am so grateful for the positive experience at Dr.Backiel and Associates and highly recommend it to anyone looking for honest, professional, and affordable dental care. The pricing stayed well within my budget, and I couldn’t be more satisfied!

I have been a patient of Dr. Backiel for many years, and I trust her and her office for my oral hygiene. I took a fall on Sunday, and I split my lips and gums. Her office was able to see me the next day and do needed X-rays to make sure my teeth were ok. I felt much more at ease after seeing her friendly and trustworthy staff.

Make an appointment here. Dr. Backiel and Dr. Foreman provide the best dental care that I have ever received. I hate the dentist and waited years before finally making an appointment here. Three numbing shots were administered and I barely felt them at all. I had zero pain. The most wonderful woman Shawn (Shaun?) did my 3 cavities after being seen by Dr. Backiel and Dr. Forman. Both dentists took the time to fully explain my x-rays and my treatment plan. I will have zero anxiety coming back here!!

Dr. Backiel and her team are not only professional and friendly, but also transparent about billing, which is a huge plus. I have been coming here for cleanings for 2 years now and have had a great experience every time. Dr. Backiel is always offering the top of the line treatments, including orthodontics, which I have to decline every time because I can't afford it. I can understand some reviewers' frustrations with this, but it is well intentioned. I appreciate the well explained treatment plans and had a bridge installation and follow-up that I was also very happy with.
