Been going to this dentist for a long time last few times I went secretaries are rude not the same place also being in a wheelchair going into dental cubital there is no room they have no Ada compliant dental rooms that you can wheel your chair in without falling over equipment

I love having my teeth cleaned and Nickcole did not disappoint! I don't think I have ever had such a thorough cleaning. I am very pleased! The office is very clean and Dr. Al and the staff are always so friendly and welcoming.

My whole family seen Dr Al for years and always felt he was rushing through visits, in 2017 he did a crown on me then I changed health insurance and he didn’t accept it so I had to find a new dentist in the mean time I went to Thundermist where they told me the crown was done wrong but I gave Dr Al the benefit of doubt, then a second Dentist said same thing so I called Dr Al he offered to look at it and assured me there was no problem (he lied) now a few years later Dr Al’s work was so bad the crown had to be removed and my only option is $1200 for an implant. I called Dr Al’s office asking for a refund of my out of pocket expenses on his end it’s been 2 months now no response!

Dr.Arcand did 3 root canals on me and they all fell out. He wanted to do another one and I said no, then he said that he would just fill it. I will not be going back. I would give him 0 stars if that was an option.

Dr. Al and his team are the best around. Whether it’s a regular cleaning or some work that needs to get done, I have the utmost confidence in them that they’ll help keep me feeling great about my teeth and smile.
