So far so good! I had such a great experience! Truly enjoyed everyone’s energy. I was greeted in a timely manner, provided with good care from the x rays to the doctor and hygienist. Madison is a wonderful hygienist. I enjoyed our conversation. She is super knowledgeable about all things teeth from tools to what you can do at home for preventative care. She is very detailed in her cleaning and welcoming. I Was even given a blanket because I was cold. Everything was in my budget. And it was easy to create an appointment within a few days time. Will definitely be back.

I had an appointment recently as a new patient and left satisfied and cared for. I came about 10 minutes before, and the receptionist Crimson was sweet and did her job well, explaining what she needed of me before having me sit in the waiting area. I was taken back for x-rays before meeting my doctor by a tech named Marian. She was nice, asking me how my day was and how I was doing. It's routine, of course, but still nice that people do their job well. For the x-rays, she explained what she needed from me and in a kind manner. There was a lot of x-rays to be done (which is to be expected since there are plenty of teeth in our mouths) and she kept checking in on me, making sure I was ok since it was taking a while to get through. I did reassure her that I was fine. I was then taken back into a room and waited not long for the doctor to explain the problem areas of my teeth, which she did very well. She first asked me to explain what I was experiencing, how long I had been to a dentist, and then explained what was up with my teeth. I understood what she was explaining to me about my teeth and what we would need to do going forward. Dr. Keller checked my gum health and explained beforehand what numbers were good for gum health. Also, Marian scribed for Dr. Keller to check my gum health, and did a good job. After the doctor explained everything to me, Marie came in after and explained once again what needed to be done and how much everything would cost. My name was misspelled and I wasn't sure when to bring it up, but upon asking Marie, she was quick to change it on their system, letting me know that it's a perfectly fine request and that it's something they should be aware of.I also got a cleaning done, and this is one of the main reasons I am pleased with this establishment. My doctor, Dr. Keller was so meticulous with the descaling process. I haven't had a cleaning in a while, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but I wasn't expecting so much care for my teeth. After descaling, a woman named San came in and polished my teeth. She greeted me upon coming into the room and explained what she would be doing. She also did a good job polishing my teeth and explaining that I couldn't eat or drink for 30 minutes.I was brought back out to the reception area and was promptly booked for an appointment for next year. I left with a toothbrush, floss, and toothpaste kit! Also, scheduling a surgery over the phone the next day was very quick and easy. It literally took me 3 minutes. Marie helped me again with scheduling and did a great job.In all, I left satisfied and will definitely return for more visits. It makes such a difference in customer experience when people do their job with pride and happiness. Thank you, Donelson Smiles, and to each lady I mentioned.
