I've had two super pleasant experiences here, getting two root canals retreated. The utmost attention to detail was done to ensure whether they could save my tooth or not. He called the next day on a Saturday, when even the office was closed, just to check to make sure everything was good and I wasn't in any pain. I had no pain the same day and just some soreness, that's how excellent they are at their craft. Calling and checking the next day is a personal touch rarely seen anywhere anymore, and I appreciated it more than I could say with words. Would highly recommend this business if you need to have this type of work done. Don't put it off and have the work done sooner than later. Teeth are a very important aspect to a better quality of life.

I've had a lot of intense dental work done. Several root canals, abscesses, numerous cavities filled, braces, 8 teeth removed at once due to overcrowding; and my root canal with Dr. Overton was by far one of the traumatic dental experiences I've ever had in my life. The overall feeling was that my presence and requests/accommodations were an inconvenienceĀ and an irritant to Dr. Overton, which was evident to me by the way he acted and responded to me during the procedure. I would encourage your practice and Dr. Overton to treat each patient gently, individually and with respect, understanding that every patient has a different background when it comes to their dental experience. Address their needs as an individual patient the best you can. Sometimes it's hard for people to ask for things, and when that request is met with irritation at the hands of a medical professional, it's unacceptable. I don't feel like my needs as a patient were addressed or met appropriately at all.

I cannot thank Dr. Packer and his staff enough for my care today. My molar fractured Sunday, I was told by my dentist I needed an urgent root canal Monday, Brooke squeezed me into a packed schedule today (Tuesday) for a last minute evaluation (thank you so much!!!), and Dr. Packer somehow found it in his full schedule to complete both my evaluation AND root canal this morning, on the spot. I was floored by how kind my dental technician Teresa was (loved talking about our German Shepherds!) and by both her and Dr. Packer's kindness in taking on the task and having excellent, calm bedside manners and making sure along the way I wasn't in pain. Teresa also made sure to communicate with the front desk about my insurance cost with the last minute procedure so I knew what to expect. This was by far one of the best dental experiences I've ever had, especially after some particularly traumatic experiences. Thank you so much!

Awful front desk experience today. I had my primary care dentist refer me. Due to the urgency of my issue. I came to my appt as scheduled and wasted time signing in, taking off to be told my insurance is not accepted. Had front desk did their job accordingly upon taking the referral. I couldā€™ve been in some place having work done and not in pain and left to figure it out. And a day wasted.

Went expecting a root canal after having a filling replaced then a SECOND filling same tooth by a local dentist. Pain never fully went away. Went to another dentist for regular cleaning and mentioned the pain but he found nothing. Dr Packer was EXTREMELY thorough and professional and fixed the filling which needed to be filed down a tiny bit. No root canal needed!!! HIGHLY recommend Dr Packer!
