Then this spring, the bonding came off one of my teeth to which a permanent retainer is attached, leaving a sharp wire exposed. They were able to fit me in and replace the bonding. Only 4.5 months later, this bonding came off. The original bonding lasted for nearly 20 years, and the rest of those are still intact- so obviously a product with similar longevity was required. I was no longer in town when this occured, but called the office to discuss the problem- the receptionist said she would pass my information to the office manager who would call me. Meanwhile, I had to pay again to have the bonding replaced near where I was away working. After several weeks and no call back, I called again and spoke with the office manager directly- he said he would discuss it with the doctor and they would email me. I never received an email. The disappointing aspects of the situation are first an unsuitable product being used and no redress for this, and second for the failure to follow through not once but twice when stated they would be in contact.

I have a small mouth so even the normal dental cleaning hurts my teeth and mouth because of the tools are so big. Dr Sanai is so skillful and careful. I had zero pain during the cleaning process which was the first time it ever happened!! Highly recommended!

My teeth have a lot of problems and I have trauma around dentist visits because of horrible previous experiences. Dr Sanai is the only dentist I’ve ever trusted to do what needs to be done with no nonsense and no judgment. I’ve never been treated with anything but kindness and respect, and the work is excellent. Yes, as one reviewer noted, people do talk to one another here but that’s part of what I love about the atmosphere. It’s warm and humane. If you’re looking for an affordable locally owned dentistry practice where people work together to take care of your teeth, this is your spot.

Doctor was busy talking to her husband while I was there in the room trying to finish fast to leave. Receptionist 5 stars, doctor assistant 5 stars Doctor -1 stars. I am not going back.
